Audika - Inverness Recenzje

I had a routine check up on my hearing and was the best experience I had with Hidden Hearing since I got a hearing aid from them. The appointment was with Agata, at the Inverness branch. Agata was very helpful, very knowledgeable and professional, she helped me with some issues I had with the hearing aid. I will be looking for future appointments with her, thank you very much.

Your representive was very helpful and caring

Very efficient and knowledgeable

Totally professional, process was explained simply and with kindness by Tracy in Inverness, in fact all of the staff there make the whole experience painless

Warm welcome, excellent service, every part of process explained in detail. Tracy ( if not mistaken name), been not just professional, but kind and friendly. Very recommended.

Very satisfactory follow up appointment after 12 months with my new hearing aids
Bronia, the Consultant is very thorough with a very good bedside manner.

Great explanation and wonderful service.

Very professional friendly staff would recommend to anyone with hearing difficulties or wax removal

Had microsuction wax removal in Inverness branch. Tracy was so reassuring and calming. Would highly recommend. Already booked next year's appointment!

I recently had two visits to the Inverness branch of Hidden Hearing for ear wax removal. I was looked after by Tracy who made the whole process smooth and stress-free, going through all the medical stuff, explaining the procedure and what to expect, performing the ear wax removal, showing me before and after videos, doing a hearing screening afterwards, and then discussing follow-up options. All-in-all, a great service and I have booked a repeat visit for next year.

Emma was very clear, thorough and informative involving both myself and my daughter who accompanied me. It was the first time I'd felt fully informed of all that was going on

Wax was removed from both ears by Tracey. The consultation was very informative and successful. Tracey was very helpful and empathetic . I would recommend Hidden Hearing , Inverness and will return for a follow up visit.

Easy no problem, settings explained

Attended at the Inverness branch to have ear wax removed which was carried out by Tracy.

A first class service from start to finish. She thoroughly explained the whole process, what I was to expect and the aftercare required.

Both ears now clear of a lot of ear wax!!!

Highly recommend using this service provided.

Received amazing service from Tracey and the team when I came to them at very short notice with hearing loss issues seeing me same day. Professional from start to finish fully explaining what the course of treatment would be in simple to understand terms.

The procedure was carefully explained (even though I have had micro suction frequently before). Performed efficiently by Ear Care Practitioner Tracy.

Tracy Stuart was reassuring and explained everything clearly during my ear wax removal appointment. Service was excellent at all times.

Extremely friendly and understanding staff, after a stressful day getting to the appointment I felt accommodated and cared for the moment I sat down.

Very nice staff .friendly and put you at ease
