Audika - Inverness Recenzje

I always enjoy going to the Inverness branch as you always get a warm welcome from the staff and well looked after.
The staff are very professional in their chosen fields and explain what each test does.

The Staff. The Staff. The Staff.
Competent , Totally Professional.
Polite , Enthusiastic.
Gentle and understanding with the sales pitch.
If I ever were to recommend a service this would be the one.
Happy Now?

It was a hearing test and a little stressful
But the lady was pleasant and explained everything well

A very comprehensive hearing test.
I was shown hearing aid options, but not too pushy.
I would recommend to others

Nice friendly staff
Made to feel at ease & explained everything they were doing
Very happy

Very welcoming. Staff were helpful, the testing was extensive, the explanation good!
Happy to recommend the service.

My whole experience met my expectations especially the staff who were helpful and friendly. I was totally satisfied.

I felt very well looked after, from the initial appointment, right through to having my earwax removed, and the aftercare. Impressive

Great service as always, very professional , covered all the hearing areas.

A warm welcome from Kevin and Neil I had some issues that Neil got to work and got them sorted very professional.

Bethany was friendly, welcoming and very thorough and professional.

Great service, lovely staff and very professional, and have recommended to my family and friends

Made at ease when attending, even though they couldn't carry out the procedure on one ear due to infection, was advised on what to do next and then to come back to finish the procedure off free of charge.

Very personable assessor, working under not very good surroundings. Gloomy office and outside noise ftom construction.
Quote way above expectations. Will not be following up. .

Hearing & aids were checked, before updating the aids. It was thorough but seamless. Good service greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Excellent Service and Customer Care

Really professional reassured me and explained the procedures and everything about the procedures step-by-step. And removed all my ear wax.definitely recommend. Was really thorough. The service was excellent.

Premise’s very welcoming. Staff all very friendly and efficient.

Excellent stuff. I went there as a 55yr old who had never had his ears done. I had to go back a second time(still on the £50 quoted), and Tracey managed to get the rest out quickly. Great service, lovely people, what more can you ask for!
