Everyone I’ve dealt with at Hidden Hearing has been helpful and pleasant, and has spoken clearly. Rebecca and Maria at the Bedford Branch were personable and professional and I received lots of good advice on how to get the best out of my new hearing aids, which are a step up in quality to those I have used previously. I have waited a while before commenting so as not to be dazzled by something new. But both the team and the technology are excellent.

The young lady named Charlotte who called to see my wife, Maureen Bell on Monday 2nd September was brilliant at her job. She showed great patience with her, because she mucks around a lot, while also showing empathy.
Maureen had been having trouble with her aid for some time and Charlotte showed her what she was doing wrong. Charlotte also reprogrammed the aid and Maureen could hear the best for a long time. So I would like to say thanks and good luck to Charlotte.
I would also like to thank Maria for looking after us and dealing with our concerns over the years. Always a pleasure to speak with.

As always the staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Always put you at ease where you can feel confident in their care. Well done to Charlotte on Monday and Matt and Maria on Friday.

First time needing a hearing test and they were attentive and caring. However the price quoted for the hearing aids was unsettling. I was offered the top of the range model without much discussion and then told they were a five shy of six grand with little information about why. I’ve since looked online and other audiologists selling exact same service for half this price. Honestly this felt a bit like I was being misled (although there was certainly no hard sell of any sort). I came away saying I would need time to think (and research) and made a follow up for 3 months time. I’ll be asking them why their prices are so high? Are they banking on elderly customers not shopping around?

I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and offered a hot drink as soon as I stepped in. It wasn't long before I was called in for my appointment and the procedure of the treatment was explained to me by Matt. Both of my ears had a lot of wax in them and was removed within half an hour. One ear hurt slightly as the procedure was taking place but the outcome was worth it, as I can hear perfectly now. Matt was very thorough with explaining everything to me before and after the treatment. I would definitely use Hidden hearing again if needed.

First person i met was Maria.first thing I was asked if i would like a coffee or tea.then i waited a short time for my appointment. Rebecca came out of her room and introduced herself to me.I had all my tests and they were less stressful than i thought. I was fitted out with my hearing aids. Every thing was explained all the way through. I cannot thank these to ladies enough for making this so easy.Thank you Maria and Rebecca for all your help
