Fantastic service, very pleased with the hearing aids not cheap having used them for a year I couldn't go back to the NHS ones a special mention to Rebecca who is a real asset to your company as she is so good

Very informative, made me feel at ease, I had nhs hearing aids when I walked in the best the nhs could provide but my hearing was dire and effecting my mental health, relationship and work! Maria(receptionist) squeezed me an appointment with Rebecca the Audiologist and boom, hearing test , explanation and then the fitting of some oticon hearing aids!! Wow everything was so loud .I could hear again ! I purchased them there and then!! Although you could say they are somewhat expensive to other models , what price do you put on hearing!!! Can’t thank them enough and the aftercare is great too!! Many thanks again Kevin!

Felt very at ease and no pressure

Dan was totally professional at all times and friendly with it. Not at all pushy. He appreciated that we have some complicated decisions. Just one thing I would gave preferred would have had the experience of both top of the range aids and the cheapest.

Test was thorough and explained well.
During the appointment I Was not offered/shown a range of hearing aids so prices were not explained at all- except a £5300 model (for both ears)- I had to ask for this price.
Could have been fitted with aids that day but assistant looked at watch and mentioned that there was only 8 minutes of the booked appointment left so could not do.

I managed to get my neighbour, OK a few doors down. The receptionist is always very friendly, and my appointment is always on time. I don’t even mind sitting in the box on my own, I do worry a little about pressing the buzzer, no worry’s really it all went well.
A little hearing loss in the left ear, I don’t mind hearing that . I am Eighty Five now, I expect a few more things are wearing out, but hey I am still walking about , so that’s got to be good. Mrs C A Richards

Matt Errington, the Ear Care Specialist at Bedford branch, was very professional and friendly. He explained the ear wax microsuction procedure, showed pre- and post- treatment photos, gave a hearing test, all for a very reasonable price. Most impressive.

Efficient, friendly & honest.

The relaxed and efficient way that my hearing test was carried out.

Use of up to date equipment. I could see the wax in my ears on a screen. The person was clearly spoken efficient and extremely polite. I will certainly use Hidden Hearing in bedford again.a total relaxing, informative and pleasant experience

I decided to have my hearing checked as my father experienced hearing loss over time. Following a thorough examination by Rebecca it was confirmed my hearing is fine and that no further action is required at present. Very professional and reassuring. Thank you, Rebecca and Maria (Bedford).

Very good at what they do

My left aid has been running out of power well before the right. I asked can the battery be changed? Rebecca agreed and was already getting a new battery out when she heard my query. Quick reaction !
