From the very first phone call, I experienced real professionalism and knowledge . Always a warm, friendly welcome by Nicola.
I was totally at ease during my hearing test with Antony and it was very thorough with no pressure.
It’s like catching up with friends each check up and nothing is ever a problem if I need to buy accessories or have any queries.

My initial hearing test at the Altrincham branch revealed a wax build up in my ears. A further visit to remove the wax was carried out painlessly. During all tests and procedures, everything was explained very clearly and the whole experience was made to be very easy. A thoroughly professional service

Brilliant service all round from Hidden Hearing in Altrincham, Cheshire. Very thorough initial appointment with Anthony, and returned today for ear wax removal. Everything was explained and the whole procedure was carried out painlessly and efficiently by the lovely Georgina, who was friendly and reassuring throughout.
I would highly recommend this business.

They may give super service but they dare not tell you that the hearing aids you paid £6000 for cost just several hundred £s from the manufacturer
