Annual Check up at Home

I had a home visit from Hidden hearing. The whole experience was very professional. Tiffany knew all about the products and was most helpful. The hearing check up completed very quickly with explanations when needed. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Very professional experience

Very professional experience. My problem was explained very clearly and the advice I was given was very sensible and I never felt under pressure to purchase anything. I felt relaxed and at ease during the whole process.

Hearing test

Have been going to Hidden Hearing for a number of years, firstly taking my mum and more recently my husband. Always receive excellent service and would recommend anyone to go if they are suffering with hearing loss or want to use their ear syringe service. Very friendly staff who listen to what you have to say. They never rush the appointment and always make sure you are happy with the outcome.

Hidden Hearing-Altrincham my dad has been going to the Altrincham branch for years now. Nothing to much trouble. Very friendly staff. Now dad has dementia Anthony is so caring and patient with him. I recommend 110%

Extremely impressed with this service

Extremely impressed with this service. Antony was very professional and took his time to explain everything. He has a welcoming nature, that puts you at ease. I definitely would recommend hidden hearing. Well-organised and efficient.

Excellent service at Altrincham branch

Excellent service at Altrincham branch.
Thorough hearing test with lots of information and advice but importantly no sales pressure. Trying out hearing aids with a follow up appointment soon but guarantee that if they don’t suit they can be returned with full refund.

Excellent service provided

Excellent service provided, would highly recommend.
Testing was very straight forward. The audiologist was professional and friendly, clearly explaining the process and outcome of the results.

Best experience i have had

Best experience i have had, Georgia was superb made me feel at ease explained everything and double checked I understand, I would definitely recommend this service and my ears feel alot healthier now 😊 thank you

Excellent service from Georgina

Excellent service from Georgina who was very considerate, knowledgeable and skilled. She was concerned to treat me properly giving me excellent pre and post treatment advice.
I really felt that she prioritised on my situation and well being.
