Hey,

Thank you for your review, and I understand your concern regarding the delivery of your order.

Once dispatched, we endeavour to deliver all orders within 2 to 5 working days but ask to allow up to 28 days as items are sourced and dispatched from any of our stores across Australia and this time also allows for any lost orders to be traced and delivered.

If customers have waited longer than 14 days for their order to arrive, we advise them to contact us so that we can initiate an investigation with the courier.

Also, since multiple items varying in condition are under the same listing, the images on our website are for representation purposes only and the title is the actual description of the item you would receive.

All items are extensively tested by us before they are sold further. We have checks in place to avoid such instances but there may be occasional oversights due to genuine errors, for which I would like to extend my apologies.
