One game in acceptable condition

One game in acceptable condition, other 2 needed to be excessively cleaned. Cases and discs very dirty. Hopefully I'm the first and my next purchase is a better experience.

Some work required

The fact that the contact number is a waste of time, not being able to talk to a person is the biggest turn off. Otherwise website has a bit to be desired had to go to a store for my refund which went well

I bought two separate gaming consoles from two different stores, both were broken and I had to return. Nothing but a headache will never step foot into this store again

Because we deal in second-hand goods, as a standard process, each product brought to us for sale is thoroughly tested on set parameters to ensure it is in a fully working & saleable condition in line with our grading and testing guidlines as we sell these further with a 5 year warranty. Considering the nature of electronics, faults may occur even after they are bought-in or sold further.

Item showed up in a faulty state had to was time driving to post office to post back for a replacement

If product was tested prior to sending issue would have been avoided

Wrong movie was sent

Wrong movie was sent. Now it seems to be my issue to return the incorrect movie at my inconvenience before the correct one may be sent out or be refunded. Very frustraring as a paying customer to have to jump through hoops just to get what I've paid for.
