I ordered the "In contract unlock service" For my iPhone 5 for $45. It said "delivery 1-14 business days". The order was placed on March 10 and only on April 15 I got my phone unlocked. All together this is 26 working days.
Why so long? Here is the trick: the delivery time they are showing is what it takes THEM to deliver the unlock request to AT&T. The processing time on the AT&T side seems to be out of their control. In my case it took the remaining 12 or more days.
Overall however I am satisfied as I got what I paid for and I can now enjoy the freedom of using my unlocked iPhone 5!

I want to get my iPhone 4 (bought brand new in NYC's Apple Store 4 years ago) to get unlocked.
After careful consideration, I went with this company as they replied fairly quick to my emails.
Ordered the slow service on 14/01/2014.
As stated on their own website (max 21 days).
Now (a total of 99 days and several emails later), I STILL haven't received the unlock.
When asked for a refund, they say it is not possible.

Said they got the order but it has been over the time and it is still not done! Not very happy right now! 😈

THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST ONES.
I decided to go for the cheapest and slowest way 14-21 days

Well, as the heading says, I was looking 2 years to unlock my two iPhones 4. I was afraid of loosing my money and, for that reason, very suspicious. I came across att-iphone-unlock.com several times, but I was suspicious about them as well. Then, when this thing with AT&T unlocking happened and many sites said that they will unlock the iPhone, but when people ordered they changed the prices. That is, many customers saw one price, but were requested to pay another - higher. And as I understood from many reviews, many still waiting for their iPhones to be unlocked.
However, at that period I stumbled again at att-iphone-unlock.com and what impressed me is that they did not take any orders. So, they did not want to change the price in the process of unlocking, as others did, and just waited when things will be normal again.
Another good thing, they are verified by Paypal (which for me a good sign). Many of those sites are not. And when they are, some of them threatening future customers (who are frightened anyway to loose their money) that they will blacklist their (customers') IMEI if the customers will dispute the charges! Like WTF?!!! att-iphone-unlock.com did not do that - they just stating that they can prove at any moment that they provided the services. This was right by me.
That is how I decided to use their services when they resumed them. AND I DID THE RIGHT THING!!! I bought 1-14 days unlock on Saturday (4/8/14) and on Tuesday (today) my iPhones are free!!!! It took 2 business days!!! More than promised!!! I am VERY happy and VERY THANKFUL!!! THANK YOU!!!
My advice to anyone who wants to use their services is to read through their website. They have tons of info. They saying to people instances when not to order the unlock. They are not greedy scamers. PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!!! And you will be happy!

I availed of their "iPhone 3/3GS/4/4S/5 Unlock Out of Contract" offer on March 17, and my iPhone 4 was unlocked on March 24, 7 days later or 5 working days later. A satisfied customer here! Some parts of their website need English proofreading though. Aside from that minor critique, what's more important is receiving excellent service for made payment, and that's exactly what happened in my deal with att-iphone-unlock.com. Until next time!

I was trying to work with this company for a good 3 months trying to get something out of them after I had paid for my factory unlock. They have been the biggest nuisance to me in the past months. I paid for the unlock on the 30th of December and exchanged email about when the completion date will be. They delayed the time of the unlock and finally on the 24th of January they got back to me saying the unlock had failed and they would give me a refund. They replied to me 7 times before the 19th of February saying that they are getting the refund to me asap. On the 19th however they had stalled long enough for the Paypal refund feature to no longer be available and they resubmitted my IMEI without concerning me about it (earlier in one of their refund messages they had said they will get me the refund and tell me when it is possible to submit again). So they played and argument of terms and services with me but the argument always seemed to drop the conversation after I pulled out the "lying for a month" card being in the terms and services. They have just been a pain to work with. I have finally got my phone unlocked on the 17th of March but 3 months doesn't cut it for me and when they lie about a refund for a month it just adds to the disgust.

P.S. Thank you for you reply but I have been talking to that exact email for 3 months and I have quite had enough of your terrible customer service. I know nothing is going to happen if I do that, you are just trying to cover up your mess. I'm sure if you really want to do something to get your dignity back you can come to me. You should know what my email is as we have had a long chat over the past months to get to know each other. If you do get back to me and actually act professionally about everything I will delete this review.

I had doubts about the service but decided to give it a shot. I have seen many negative comments here but I guess they come from tech-ignorant people or rival companies. They delivered the unlock in a week and instructions and FAQ was very helpful. I did not even had to contact them. Thanks for the service. It is great to finally update my phone freely.

I had to jb and unlock with [External Reference]

It took 8 full business days but my iPhone was unlocked and is now working perfectly on t-mobile. The wait sucks, but they were very upfront about it and 8 days is actually faster than the 14 they quoted. If I ever need to unlock another iPhone I will definitely use them again.

i did everything asked of me. check imei...done...check blacklist....done .check how and what i ordered ...done..check network...at&t ....done...i got 95% of the legwork done...phone is not blocked ,stolen,and clean according to checkmend.com...so my good people what's next?????????

p.s your still 5 stars to me ...lets figure this one out...oh, and im not refurbished..

I have called to APPLE 10 minutes ago, right now and they said that my iphone 4 is still locked by AT&T. So it means that the problem is still there.

because let me tell you are some of the worst scammers because you told me that you were going to return my money , I had spent more than 30 days and no service. You never refunded my money and my iphone 4 have never worked with other SIM CARD, just with AT&T SIM, I have tried everything in your website and I followed all the steps that you describe in the process, I am technician and I know that is not a problem with the iphone or the computer, the problem is with AT&T because my iphone just accept the AT&T SIM CARD, you are a swindler.
