Placed an order for iPhone unlock, after more than 2 months - the order is still pending. No adequate response from customer support - "your iPhone unlock request was delivered for unlock according to our delivery time and was accepted. Now it is in the Pending status" which, basically, means "we know nothing, we just collected your money, thank you".

thats my second review here ..i purchase unlock for my iPhone 4 06:46 25.05.2014 imei 012961003943528. Have not receive any email to say my phone is unlock..My phone is still locked at 4 months .what is going on there.This is very bad for business and i am very disappointed and furious that i cant use my phone up to this date.

I have almost 3 months waiting for the service and nothing, so... i please need answers soon.

I paid for my iPhone 4S out of contract unlock. Two days later, I received an email stating that my phone is unlock. Today, I went to T-Mobile to get a sim and connected to iTune. After updating and restoring, that famous message came up, "CONGRATULATION, ......... "!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I would recommend this service to friends and family. Next step is to unlock my iPhone 5S. Will post an update when it is done.

Ordered on 6/3/2014. The status is still pending. I unlocked another IPhone earlier and it was completed in 23 days. Still hopefull.

I ordered the Express - Premium 1-7 days service on April 18th, 2014 and have yet to receive email of my unlock being done as of today May, 6th. All I see is "pending" status on website along with support emails of unlock request was delivered and accepted. Prompt replies on supports end but I would like to know what's the hold up?

I am not very happy right now but remaining optimistic.
