I´m so dissapointed, I´ve paid for the unlock 3 months ago but till today I can´t use the phone. Still locked to ATAT. Unreliable company!!

I receive order received email after I placed the order. Then I checked email everyday to wait for the their email. After 4 days, I received the email title order completed. Following the instruction on the email and connect the iPhone to iTune, iPhone 4 unlocked.
Lowest price I can find on the internet besides calling AT&T.

After spending hundreds of dollars trying to unlock my blacklistediPhone 5s I finally found this web page very helpful. Thank you very much for the quick service. I bought and pay to unlock an iphone 4 from att-iphone-unlock waited the required up to 10 days and more they keep your money for as long as they can and after you write them they finally give you a bunch of excuses they are very good at giving you the run around they still have my money they have not issue a refund after waiting for 7 days as his representative said to me there was a 7 day waiting period to issue one, they told me the phone was not found and that i needed to buy a more expensive service , i feel there service is lousy and they just like to hold your money and maybe they will steal my money since i still don't have a refund, hope no one trust this company they are noooo good.

I bought an used Iphone 4 in an electronic repair store, to my nephew in Brazil that was suppose to be unlocked but he couldn't make it work there! ATT couldn't unlock it since I was not the owner so I tried this website ATT Iphone Unlock. I did it yesterday 08/29/14 and for today 08/30/2014 in the morning, I got an email that the phone was unlocked!
I called my nephew to show him the process to unlock since he doesn't speak english, and after 5 minutes we got the phone to work!! :)

I found this company via Google to unlock an AT&T phone for use on T-mobile. Most unlock companies were charging upwards of $60 for the service and this company was much more affordable. However, I was skeptical due to the price, reviews and webpage. I have been pleasantly surprised as the customer service responded quickly to an email regarding estimated completion and much more important the unlock occurred in only 7 days. I would recommend this service as has proved to not be a scam and I would use them again in the future.

I have placed an ordered on 24.06.2014 and they just replied today that its not found!!! which is a complete lie. I emailed them many times asking them about the iphone and they keep saying its in the unlocking process. and now they say its not found!!! how can it be in the unlocking process when its not found. its a complete lie. THEY TOOK A MONTH AND DIDNT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. DONT USE THIS COMPANY ITS COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN SAY ITS NOT FOUND. THEY MAY OR MAY NOT RETURN IT. EITHER WAY THEY ARE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. HOW CAN MY IPHONE BE NOT FOUND WHEN BASED ON YOUR DEFINITION IT MEANS THAT I PROVIDED WRONG NETWORK. HOW CAN IT BE WRONG WHEN I PAY MY BILLS TO AT&T. Unfortunately I have to say I'm really disappointed with your service.
I paid for two orders, the first order placed on may 5, for tradicional service cost usd 35, until now i have not news (more than 3 moths)
The second service I paid, was the express service, It cost usd 60, after 45 days they have returned my money.

I've tried several times to unlock my iPhone's (AT&T) with ebay users, but got no good news since may. But after a good search two weeks ago, I found this site. At first I thought that could be some fraud, but after check few sites and people comments, I decided to took the chance.
After 5 days, my iphone's got unlocked.
So if you're having problem to unlock it, use this site, it's the best one to do this kind of service.

I PAID FOR THE 1-20 BUSINESS DAY UNLOCK BACK ON 5-21-14 ITS NOW 8-2-14 AINT NO WAY IN HELL IT TAKE THAT LONG TO UNLOCK A IPHONE. After three months I decided to finally leave a bad feedback as I was hoping for this to work out, but it didn't.
Two months after the order was made they told me that they ar looking for a way to refund my money, but since then I did not hear anything from them and they do not reply to my emails. That is not how you want to treat your customers.
Would never recommend this website to others.

Pls stay away. I havent got my money back. Nothing more to say. I have also been blocked from their FB page. I would not have posted any comments on their page if they had replied to my queries. I have opened a Paypal dispute with them.

It’s passed the offered delivery service date and the phone is not unlocked yet. Instead of stating the facts or refunding the money for the service they cannot deliver, they tell you stories and plays the victims. Totally BS.

its been over three weeks and nothing, I think it is not a legitimate company, go somewhere else. They challenge every review that is not five star.

The website advertises 5-15 business days unlock for iPhone 5 It has been almost a month for me and the only reply I got from these guys was "its in the process - we will email you when its ready" Also as soon as I submitted an order I started getting much more spam mail to the email account I used - may or may not be related, but nevertheless!

What a joke. I requested full refund, let's see if this takes them just as long.
