I purchased two Iphone 5 unlocks in August 2014. It has been almost 3 calendar months and I still have neither of them unlocked. I just wrote an email requesting a refund and received a generic reply assuring me the unlock will occur ASAP with no reference to my request for a refund. I am a real customer, my order Id's are [Sensitive information].

Have paid $25 on Oct 11th but still no response for 5S unlock though they have reduced their pricing & delivery time to 10 business days. but still my 5s locked after more than 15 business days..

Have left 3 messages from live chat widget & email but no response so I am forced to place message here as this is the place they respond immediately...

Can you guys at least respond?

It have been like 3 months or more and the status of the process did not change always said in progress and i star thinking this is a scam, because nothing happen so pls!!! dont give your money to this people.....

Keeping in mind that the service costs just $25.
It took them 19 business days, at the beginning i thought it was a scam page but really u just have to be patient and wait, if you can't then simply pay the express service :)

I ordered my service on the 1st of October and this is the 25th and it has yet to be done. This is my 2nd order with them and this is one is not like the first that was done quickly.

This is November 4, over 30 days ago that I ordered their service. No word from them, no status update. Very frustrating.I would have appreciated them letting me know if they can't do it and simplyoffer me a refund rather than making me wait endlessly.

I was scared at first because of the reviews but today my phone was unlocked and now it's working with t-mobile. This website is truly the best. I requested the unlock on the 4th of Oct and today 10/17 it was completed. For the price I don't mind the return time. This is a great company and I'm glad I found it and use it. I recommend it to everyone and I will be using it again very soon.

They provided the service as specified on their website. I didn't receive the original email for the phone being unlocked so I emailed support and they responded quickly. I was able to unlock my iPhone 6 very easily.

Order is over 1 month since Sep 1st, their promised date already gone, unfortunately still it is not unlocked. whenever I contact them they are saying we are trying to push to get unlock. I waiting a lot, but they wasting my precious time. Now I have no hope this company unlock the phone even having more time. I started thinking it's scam. And I want to cancel my order since this company can't, and please full refund my money back, I really unsatisfying this company service!!!

This definitely is scam!!!! I assume those negative reviews are real. I place the ordered on 9/22. The service should be within 1-17 business days delivery. Today is 17th business days. My phone still locked. Please consider those positive reviewers who placed order later than me. How could their phone be unlocked in 2-6 days???

It been over a month since I placed a order, whenever I contact them they are saying we are trying to push to get unlock. Order is stuck in process for ages and they are eating up time. Dont spend a penny on this

Today i am writing this review after 7 weeks that I have already paid them and waiting for my phone to get unlocked. They lied that my phone is now unlocked and I went to apple to give them a proof that it was not unlocked. After that they threatened me to blacklist my iphone.

There has been no communication from their side ever since. My phone is still locked and this company is a BIG FRAUD. DON'T TRUST them.

This has been my best experience unlocking iphones so far. I ordered my unlock for my iphone 6 plus at 02:13 am on Oct. 8th and received my unlock at 3:10 pm on Oct.10th. I definitely recommend att-iphoneunlock.com.

I waited for weeks and had no word back from them. I checked back at the order status page repeatedly, it just said "Pending". Finally after a month, it had no status at all. It was a blank, not even my order info.

No emails stating they could or could not unlock my iPhone 5 ! I get that the fine print says they may not be able to unlock and there are no refunds. I get that I gambled my money and lost. But to just dump the order and give no status and no email stating such is where I have a problem.

That is the worst customer service I have ever seen from any company in any industry, Epic FAIL...

i ordered it July 1st and got a response in August 15 that my phone can not be found....they asked me if i wanted to try an express service for unfound phones. I agreed. I finally got my phone unlocked in September 20th! I guess better late then never....

I have ordered my ATT iPhone 5 unlock service on August 18th 2014 for 1-20 days. Today is September 19th 2014. I am still waiting for their email. Whenever i send them email, they always reply with the message "Your iPhone is in the unlocking process.". I asked them to give me the Order Id when i can directly track on ATT website on the unlock of the device... but they never provide it..
