ive unlock iphone 6 its said 5days ive waited for more than 5 days but no respond to my email and no refund to said unlock... do not trust this site...

5 workings have passed and they haven't even replied my emails, i sent a message to know if i had to purchase the expensive package to unlock my phone since i'm traveling overseas and i need my phone unlocked but im starting to think that im going to leave without my phone.

with reference to my Oder Number - DU_079F3B50804DF645106F which was registered on 23rd December 2014, i am still awaiting for unlock confirmation.

the service says 1-10 days and it is already more than 15 working(business) days.

I unlocked Blacklisted USA AT&T iPhone 6 Plus with service of att iPhone unlock. That was amazing. I am living outside the USA, I will be able to use it anywhere with any service provider except USA. Thanks a lot Team.

Hi this is chaitanya kakarla, i recently unlocked my brand new apple iphone 6 within this site. Frankly at first i thought this is was scam, but later i ordered the unlock. I was looking for an online unlock service since unlock was unavailable locally due to updated baseband version. At first I was hesitant since it was my first international online transaction and I was unsure if the service would deliver as advertised. But I took the risk and went on with the order. Email response was prompt and they were able to unlock the phone within 5days - just in between the expected 1-10days advertised processing. Service is highly recommended and I would definitely avail of this service in the future. Cheers!

This is an awesome service, please read carefully trough all the information before making your purchase. I requested for 2 ATT unlocks and it took about a week to get my phones unlocked. I would totally recommend this service to everybody specially if you are looking to save some extra cash from other similar services.

I ordered my unlock on 15.15.2014 this took 19 days to have a result, I emailed them on december first, they telled me they expect result this week and as they said I got my reply on december 4th but unfotunatly IT was NOT FOUND because of wrong network.

I Was sure I had AT&T....So I tried on another site, this time I got my iphone unlocked and in only 3 days.

I was disapointed with their service of unlocking I feel like they just picked my money :( .....But after ALL I GOT a partial REFUND of 10$ wich I appreciate.

I paid to unlock my iphone 4s on September 3, 2014. It has been 23 business days and my phone is still not unlocked. I purchased the 15 dollar (external reference) that said it would take 1-17 business days to deliver the request. I keep checking the status of my phone on your website and it says "in process". However, I tried checking today but now nothing shows up when I input my order id number. Can I get some help on this issue please?

Long story short: The absolute worst service ever. They never unlocked my phone and did not give me my money back until I emailed them that they told me my phone would be unlocked by next week max and they never even replied back to that email. The next day I got a email from Paypal saying that I was getting refunded. And when they told me "there are no faster service", I paid another company to unlock my phone and got it unlocked in 2 days. They lied to me saying "nowadays ATT unlocking is not stable". But how did I get my phone unlocked so fast using another company?

I have now been waiting 22 working days they don't respond to messages wife ordered unlock from somewhere else for her at@t phone hers was done ages ago. Customer support is very bad.

I put a request, take long but finally because the answer was NOT FOUND, they refund immediately my moneys!

So I placed an order for a 5s unlock code which would take 1-20 days, so I decided to take a nap and imagine my surprise once I awoke. This being the 26th business day and I'm still locked up. Oh wait I did get a kind email: Dear Consumer,

Forgive me if I seem condescending or cynical but in this world of hustles one does wonder. It's truly nice though to read recent reviews of others that have just reported being unlocked in 5 days.

Man this is just awesome. Unlocked like magic. I never thought unlocking is that easy and simple.
Service is exceptionlal, but i have concern on losing $6 on this unlock.

This Company has changed its price unlocking 5s and 5c from $19 to $25 on the date 11/16/2014 without any intimation. It would have been good if they have a price change message on the site.

I saw $19 on 14th and 15th and thinking to submit request on Monday so i dont eagerly wait on the weekend even though i know they work from Monday to Friday.

No reply on the message i sent on their customer support if they could offer me a $6 refund. Atleast as a courtesy they could have replied it is not possible or give discount on next request if i do. I may definitly use again.

Not sure how i would have faced problem with customer support if i had any issues.

I purchased iPhone 5S on eBay and the guy told that is was unlocked.
Unfortunately it wasn't and I couldn't to contact that guy again. So I
began to search for the service that could help me. After browsing many sites I found this one. Well, first I didn't think about purchasing a
service here but I gave a shot. Why? After googling I'm sure it is not a scam. The price is better than others offer so why not? And it wasn't a mistake as iPhone was unlocked and now I can use it in India and Australia
without any problems.

I ordered the unlock of an iPhone 5s on the 19.September.
Since then, it has not changed from the "In Process " status.
Emails send to the Customer service resulting in the same way an automatic system would react.
First 2 responses telling me the Order number was not existing ( even so the actual screen shot was attached) and see for the latest below:

It feels a bit like , somebody is giving me the finger.
Not a Grade A service by any means.


Update-

it is now 3 Month since the order, and despite numerous emails, nothing has been done. Every time i get the same lame email reply that the AT&T Servers are down - funny i just had another Phone unlocked by AT&T without an issue within 24hours. When i mentioned to cancel the order via my Credit card,as this company will give you no refunds, i get threatended that they then will blacklist my Phone (IMEI) - this is a sort of Hostage taking - i am absolutely disgusted by this Company. It is not about the $ but the principle- i payed for a Service 3 Month ago that was to be delivered within Days -not weeks or Months or never. 1 Star is 5 too much

Simply the best og the best stores. I tried many unlock stores in order to get unlock for my blacklisted iPhone 4s. ATT iPhone Unlock used to deliver it in 2 days. Also the prices are very low (even lower then on Ebay). Fantastic service, thanks!
