At first i was skeptical of the service but then i went ahead and purchased unlock for iPhone 5s. It took longer then what the delivery time was almost like 14 days but it was unlocked none the less! They will contact you if you contact them. This works and is the cheapest i found so they get my thanks and a good review. This is not a scam guys they do as they advertise.

because let me tell you are some of the worst scammers because you told me that I was going to return the money when he writes that it was too long and had spent more than 30 days and no service. I said sorry for the inconvenience and we will refund your money to your card, and never came so I went back to writing today. That lack of respect to people.

I never received anything from them but the bill.

My first order was for an in-contract check, which is supposed to take 1-24h, but went a little over. I contacted support twice, both times outside of work hours, and got a reply within hours (even on a Sunday). I just submitted an in-contract unlock request, we'll see how that goes... So far, so good :-)

Paid for iPhone 4 Out-Of-Contract Unlock service for $65 on Jan 3, 2014. Term was 30-business day delivery but came to my surprise on Jan 18, 2014 already completed. Satisfied!

I tried to unlock my iphone 4s which is working on AT&T with this company... I followed-up these people around 1 month and finally these people refunded my money... Its just waste of time..I will suggest to not go to this company for any unlock...

My Iphone 4 was under contract and I notified and asked prehand of that possibility.
After a week they informed of the unlock, but none of IMEI servers show of the unlock was done and restores failed. After every email, I got different reasons or controversial replies like "yes, its unlocked", "Sorry your IMEI has problem, takes more time", "Are you trying to scam us since our server shows unlocked", "show a video proof that it is locked" etc.
They delete all comments (i'M by far not alone here) on Facebook that had problems with their service and leave positive ones, leaving false impression of their impeckable service.

I have ordered unlock a month ago and it failed.
But I want to review a customer service. I contacted them almost everyday during the month but never been ignored. They answered on all my mails and explained that AT&T unlocking service was delayed. I went to google and really found such info. AT&T changed everything: prices, delivery time, unlocking policy...
I put only 4 stars because my iPhone is still locked however I received refund and was pleased with the support service.

I ordered an unlock for my iPhone 5s, then I waited 3 weeks to finally get an update on it, then I check the order status at that time and it says completed. I went to plug my iPhone in to see if it worked and it did NOT WORK. They said it was listed as completed because I was refunded not because it was unlocked. so yes, you do get your refund but it is a big waste of time and I urge you not to use this website. Also they are very hard to contact for support as the number provided on the website is NEVER answered and email is the only way to contact them which is very inconvenient. TERRIBLE WEBSITE. WASTE OF TIME!!

Apple big wrong!!... Find myiphone lock troublesome people!!...

I have ordered a 3day service for $30. It took them 2 weeks to figure out that my iphone can not be unlocked due to whatever AT&T reasons. So overall they offered a service which they couldnt deliver.

I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service was responsive during that two weeks and I got a refund within 24 hours.

Now they selling the same service for $65 :P

Three months ago I ordered my unlock for $9.99 which apparently I had to wait up to 24 hours to get it. I got it faster than that, only had to wait 6 hours and my iPhone was completely unlocked. Lucky? I don't know, but I was way satisfied.

I feel bad for other reviewers who state they had a bad service. And I don't know if the service is still up. In my case it was more than great.
