Koop niets!! Alle positieve reviews zijn hetzelfde kwa inhoud en naam, dus nep!! Chinesche rommel, niet te retourneren!!!

Dacht een mooi leren jasje te scoren maar blijkt neppe glimmende plastic chinese rotzooi te zijn. Terugsturen kost minstens €50. De website lijkt een Nederlands bedrijf, misleidend dus. Oplichters zijn het!

Materiaal jasje werd beschreven als hoogwaardig, soepel leer. Maar het blijkt om goedkoop plastic te gaan. Lijkt een Nederlandse site maar producten komen uit China. Ze doen voorkomen alsof retourneren gemakkelijk is maar dat is niet waar! Afgeprijsde artikelen (en dat is vrijwel de gehele collectie) mogen niet retour en als het wel kan, betaal je tenminste €50,-. Dom dat ik erin getuind ben, hoop met dit bericht anderen te waarschuwen. Koop hier niets!

Waardeloos artikel! Maat 2XL past een klein kind nog geen eens. Retourprocedure ljjkt eindeloos. Dat laat waarschijnlijk iederen wel uit z'n hoofd

Terug sturen kost (naar china) kost minstens 50 euro volgens website,... Nou dat valt wel mee dus terug gestuurd. Het artikel ligt nu al meer dan een maand bij Barnhard en krijg de volgende melding (en verder geen reactie meer...)

KOOP NIET BIJ DEZE FIRMA HET ZIJN OPLICHTERS!
EEN STER IS NOG TEVEEL. HEB EEN GEBREIDE TRUI BESTELD EN NA EEN HELE TIJD KOMT ER EEN GEPRINTE PULLOVER UIT CHINA. VEEL TE KLEIN, DUS TERUG. MAAR DAT GAAT ZOMAAR NIET. DIE ZIJN VOOR MIJN KOSTEN. TERWIJL BARNARDT DE FOUT HEEFT GEMAAKT. MAILEN HELPT NIET, LIJKT WEL OF IK MET EEN CHATROBOT AAN HET MAILEN BEN. KOM GEEN STAP VERDER, DUS IK KAN FLUITEN NAAR MIJN GELD.

Cheap products, overpriced. Abominable return policy - a wrong size is going to cost you more than the dress itself. Read this after I already ordered of course.

Just don't buy here, you can find the same quality for cheaper on temu or shein.

Edit: I've since had contact with them and because the return policy is what it is, I was offered store credit. I don't want more dresses from the same fabric, but alright. Thanks for the option.

I just received an email that the store thinks this review might not be for them. Just to be clear, my complaint is with your return policy and the quality of the product.

Change that and you'll get a better review.

A return that will cost me €50,- is definitely worth a 1 star review.

I ordered beautiful clothing for my wife, yet received two completely different, low quality products. I sent a picture of the wrong products to the email address stated on the site and expected a swift solution of the problem. Either by sending the right products or by refunding the amount paid. Which is what the return policy clearly states. Instead, they asked me to send the products back to some warehouse in China, at my own expenses (55 euro from the Netherlands, which is about 80% of the value of the products I bought) without guaranteeing a refund, both of the shipping costs, and the original bought products. So there is a big risk I only lose more money this way. The company did offer me a rebate on next purchases, which, after numerous complaints from my side, went up from 20% to ultimately 70% (which is a standard discount they advertise with anyways). But how will a rebate on a next purchase ever compensate not getting the products I though I would be receiving? Let alone grow confidence that a next time the right products will be delivered?

So all in all: abominal customer service and also very good to be aware of: even though the websites are completely country customized and look all European, including local phone numbers etc, Atelier Barnhardt is just another bulk sale company from China. I unfortunately only found out after ordering. And still, this is the first time I have such a negative experience on any website whatsoever, European, Chinese, or American.

Fake website delivering low quality goods from china.
Delivered products are not as depicted or described but extremely low quality and cheap. Returning costs upward of €50.

Ongelofelijk slecht!! Na 2 weken nog niks ontvangen. Het leek een normale Nederlandse site. Ik een blouse besteld van 60 euro. Blijkt deze uit China ergens te komen. Retourneren kan ook niet. Of je betaald meer als 50 euro voor retour kosten om het pakketje terug naar China re sturen!!! WAARDELOOS DUS. BESTEL HIER NIKS!!!!!

I have exactly the same experience as Jenn. Ordered shoes one week ago, got a track&trace number of some obscure shipping company, and the status of the order ("order processed by shipper") did not change anymore since last Tuesday. E-mails are not answered, phone is disconnected.
I will follow the strategy of the other reviewer and report the scam to the police.

Website looks professional, so it’s very deceiving! Do not order here!

My mother ordered shoes from them. Got a fake track and trace (clearly visible that it was fake). Phone number listed on the website is disconnected. There is no way to reach them whatsoever. We contacted the police.
