Friendly, fast, efficient & effective service in response to a request earlier in the day to deal with a wasp nest in the roof. Craig came out later the same day, answered questions about the treatment before applying it and the wasps are gone.
I have already recommended ASW to several friends when discussing problems with wasps.

Very prompt reaction to call-out. Operative did not consider it was the big problem I thought. Situation remedied rapidly and operative offered guidance on dealing with (and recognising) wasps, bees and hornets. Very impressed.

ASW have been brilliant. Not only did they deal very promptly with the wasps nest in our loft space (leaking sleepy wasps into the house) they also checked up on the situation post treatment to see I was satisfied. As it took two weeks for the hatchling wasps to die off they came out again and re-treated the nest without charge. I no longer have wasps in our sitting room! Craig who came out was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The whole experience has been great and I have no hesitation in recommending ASW.

What a great service. Really friendly and did a great job. Arrived bang on time. Turned up in a discrete van as well. Provided a very clear explanation of what was needed. Did exactly that and cleaned up better than it was before. Highly recommended. Was also cheaper than the council charges.
