ASW dealt with a misdirected colony of bees in our cavity wall. They were prompt, courteous, co-operative, effective and decisive. Their price was reasonable. We would certainly use them again.

Swift response to our initial enquiry, we had traps and cameras installed very quickly and Rob was very pleasant and professional throughout.
Once the squirrel had been caught in our loft the traps were removed and we had ongoing progress reports keeping us well informed.

I contacted ASW due to mole problem.
I had a large amount of mole hills spread over 3 acres of grass. It was starting to look very unsightly and clogging up the mower. ASW promptly sent out one of their employees Rob to sort out.
Rob was highly professional and got to work straight away. The price was good and it included 5 visits. Rob would text me each time before he arrived to let me know he was coming. Each visit he caught moles and by the 5th visit I had no more moles. I am extremely happy with the service and highly recommend ASW for what was an excellent and stress free service.

Adam from ASW arrived day after booking appointment and assessed the situation and put down several bait boxes. Time will tell if successful! But so far so good and very impressed with speed of delivery.
I should have checked the price first and or perhaps should have been told, but I’ll take that one.
Only negative is that they’re not exactly local to me, which may be a google thing but when you’re trying to shop locally it’s a bit annoying.

Within a couple of hours of contacting ASW about a mole infestation their representative had arrived to proceed with the job. His repeated visits over the next few days completely eradicated the problem

Paul was absolutely brilliant and has helped solve a rat problem in our property. Gave us lots of advice, even gave us a push on his 2nd visit to ensure we get some of his recommendations carried out, which was exactly the push we needed! Also provided recommendations for drain investigation companies. Since his last visit we've had no issues and had all the remedial works carried out, thank you so much Paul for all your help!

Absolutely fantastic. We had a rat issue that I had tried numerous methods to get on top of. Adam came and did a really thorough job of assessing for entry/exit points, finding the most frequently visited areas and then dealing with the problem! Within a week of his first visit the house was silent at night and he did another really thorough check on his second visit, topping up bait as required. Communication was excellent throughout and Adam was really accommodating to timings I required. Thoroughly recommend this company!

Robert responded to my enquiry and dealt with the bug problem very speedily. The work carried out was explained in full and advice to avoid any future issues was very informative.
