This is the second time (12 months apart) I have used ASW and I am happy to recommend the company. I called them to dealt with mice in my garage. They quickly responded. Craig was excellent, being very efficient and very knowledgeable. He quickly eradicated the problem.

Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Our rodent problem was quickly solved. We had spent months trying to get on top of the problem, I only wish we’d called out the professionals sooner.

I was contacted within 90 minutes of my enquiry. Rob arrived the next day attend to my kitchen mouse. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
The problem was solved quickly and efficiently. I followed the advice given in his report and installed mouse covers over all the air bricks to prevent any further issues.

They are excellent. I called them, told them the issue I had. They gave me advice over the phone which would alleviate any visit from them. But I insisted that i would like them to visit. They did visit the same day and their advice was correct!

An answerphone message for help was replied to promptly. The staff were friendly, informative and helpful and though I hope I don't need their services again, I would happily use ASW Pest Control again if I did.

My family were horrified about horrible carpet beetles that started making an appearance around the house, so we gave ASW a call to ask for help- Jamie was very responsive, professional and friendly. The pest was identified and I was given a few options for an effective treatment plan. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions were answered promptly.

I'm so relieved to have the issue resolved so quickly, I would recommend and use ASW time and time again.

Called ASW in desperation as I heard noises within the house so I was sure I had rats! I didn’t expect anyone to answer my call on a weekend but Jamie assured me someone would visit Monday morning. Right enough Simon arrived and quickly identified rat activity and likely access point. He laid bait and confirmed he would return and in the meantime to contact Wessex Water to request a drain survey. Following his advice, a survey was conducted within a week and the access point confirmed. They capped off a redundant drain pipe and I’ve heard no more activity. Simon returned as promised and replaced the taken bait. He has agreed to return in two weeks to check all ok. I’m so pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of ASW and so very grateful to them for their expertise in resolving such an awful problem to have. They really know their subject! I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I contacted ASW due to a suspected pest problem in my loft. Within a day or two their technician Robert Mandy arrived ay my house and installed a camera and bait which was there for 3 days.
After the 3 day period my loft was declared pest free!
I would highly recommend ASW and Robert Mandy if you are unfortunate to have a problem with pests

Excellent service. Was being seen to by Rob. Made us feel very nice and secure after the work was completed. Was very friendly and down to earth also. Even after the first visit I believe he and Simon were able to deal with the issue. Told us what we can do on our end to deal with the entry points. This alongside with great competitive pricing deserves a 5*. I definitely recommend using ASW 😁
