Wonky Pixel Recenzje

My experience with Wonky Pixel (previously known businesses called as NerdNook and GeekPeek, run by Richard Copestake) was disappointing. I asked him to help me get my new website up and running, based on an agreement covering 4 key deliverables. Only one was completed.

He initially said the work would take one evening, but a week later the project was still unfinished. He told me that the job was complete, even though it was not, and I was sent an invoice. When I expressed concerns about the completion of the job, he threatened legal action and additional 'interest' charges if I didn’t pay.

I found Richard's communication to be difficult, particularly in response to my request for clarification on the incomplete work. I ended up £80 down, without a usable website.

In hindsight, I wish I had researched more thoroughly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

I can't speak highly enough about the support team at [Your Company]. They not only address issues promptly but also ensure a seamless communication process throughout. It’s the epitome of what customer support should be – considerate, timely, and effective!

The exemplary service from [Your Company] has won me over time and time again! From the intuitiveness of their website to the reliability of their delivery and the excellence of their customer support, every interaction has been nothing short of perfect. I’m always confident that I’m in capable hands!

Your company has proven to be remarkably reliable! The website is always up to the mark, and I've never encountered any issues with my orders. Plus, their customer service is always one step ahead, ensuring that my queries and concerns are addressed with utmost precision and empathy.

A heartfelt thank you to [Your Company] for not just delivering an incredible website experience, but also for having a customer support team that truly understands the essence of great communication and assistance!

Working with Rich and Nick at Astro has been a godsend for my business. The intellect of these two, as well as their project manager Cat has been nothing but beneficial.

I'll certainly be using Astro again. As the owner of 3 separate businesses, I can see myself bringing my work to them going forward.

Thanks again team.

I started using Astro during lockdown and Richard has always been nothing but helpful. Hosting and websites were a new concept to me and he was always supportive and giving me advice particularly as my website was poorly made and I had constant issues. I always felt the service was second to none. Thank you Richard.

Astros work is absolutely superb, quality workmanship from beginning to end and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend Astros work and continue to recommend Rich and Astro Agency to my own clients. Work is top notch, as is the customer service.
To say they go the extra mile is an understatement.
Astro provide a smooth ride from design to implementation, and on hand when needed.
