Seller then refused to respond to my messages for 3/4 days

The preorder date changed to 24th Friday

Seller strung me along again claiming to send on Monday

Joke of a company!

Joke of a company!! I was told the items I ordered were sent and lost in May yet the items were not set to arrive with them until June, when I questioned this I got no reply. Email service has now been closed so I am unable to get a reply

Scam! Avoid! Do not use! Refund!

Scam!

Bought Pokémon goods in May and received a fake tracking number!

Asked for refund and have been ignored since.

Got more fake emails from the company to promote that they will be refunding on the 16th and still nothing.

Reported to trading standards and bank now to get my money back!

Don’t not use either company! Thank god there website does not connect at the moment saves anyone else getting robbed!

No means of contacting them anymore unfortunately but I hope everyone in the same situation get their money back!

Avoid this company

Avoid this company.
Emails are now bouncing back after assurances orders will be cancelled via email.
Still no delivery of items, I have resulted in contacting my bank. I purchased around £500, worth of Pokemon product they could not fulfil, and yet haven’t refunded anything

SCAM

SCAM - Avoid at all costs. I placed an order in June and was told that my order would be processed when stock arrived as Funko were having issues. I have since discovered that GeekPeek has shutdown and changed to NerdNook. You can't get in touch at all via any form of communication, so my outstanding order looks like it will never be fulfilled and I have lost my hard earned money!! I will now have to get in touch with my bank to get this sorted!!

Scam? Theft? Fraud?

Scam? Theft? Fraud? Choose which you like, me (amongst many others too) purchased items that they never had/never sent.

Rich the owner was more than happy to take my money (and everyone else’s) then send snotty emails filled with lies about “delivery fails” or “back logs of orders”.

Then said we’d get refunded and of course … none of us did.

Rebranded to NerdNook, stay WELL CLEAR.

Stay away from this scam site

This is my first trust pilot review for a reason.

Made an order on June 1st 2024 when it stated items were in stock, had about 5 emails since stating they’ll and them out on (enter random date here) and they’ll give me a £10 Amazon voucher as gesture of goodwill which never happened.
They create an Evri reference number to make you think you’re getting your package, it has been 10 weeks and still no update.

This company has since rebranded from Geek Peek to Nerd Nook and I have contacted my credit card company for a refund. Please stay away from this site as it appears all the bad reviews are infact true.

1 star as “0” is not an option!

I’ve been thinking of leaving a review for months now, yes months! My order was back in May. But I didn’t want to waste my time or energy as hundreds of others have already expressed the way I feel.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (even with the rebrand). I’ve never seen such horrifically appalling feedback for a company. Please be wary of the new company they are transitioning to called “Nerd Nook Ltd”.

Ordered 2 months ago

Ordered 2 months ago, was being told stock arrival date pushed back, was told all orders to be fulfilled on August 1st, emailed again to check this & was told to allow 72 hours for dispatch, funnily enough the website ceased to exist after this time period & nerd nook was born, emailed about this & was told they were a different company yet the sign off name at the bottom of the email matched the name from geek peek. Told me that nerd nook was a completely different company & there was nothing they could do to refund people & that I would have to take it up with my card provider. Got very defensive when questioning this & said I was being aggressive. Then told me all refunds will take 10 days but I’m not going to hold my breath that he’s actually going to do this. Followed up my name theory to find that the idiot has a Facebook page with the new nerd nook brand on his page! Have reported the website as a scam via NCSC.gov.uk, not sure if this will do anything but this site needs to be shut down before he takes anymore of our money.

UPDATE:
I have shortly after had an email from geek peek informing me that my order has been cancelled & will be refunded. So stick to your guns guys & don’t roll over & you’ll get you refund too. Very suspicious that before I kept questioning that there was nothing he could do yet after he got caught all of a sudden I get a cancellation email…..

Where do I start.....
I ordered two 6 booster 151 box packs from this company, first time I'd ever used them and it was for my sons birthday, when the box turned up it was heavily damaged and the boxes inside were missing, I email back and forth with not much help (was like pulling teeth) and finally was told I would get a refund in 10days, this was on the 26th June!!!! Still nothingto this day (9th Aug), so they have stolen £40 from me

Before all the agro and annoyance I then ordered a snorlax trainer box to replace the cards in time for my sons 7th birthday, BIG MISTAKE!!!! I didn't even receive anything!!! It said in stock on their website but I got emails to say they didn't have any!
That's another £55 missing, I have been fighting Mr Copestake for months now, I finally received an email saying they could not fill my order anymore and that I'd get a refund in 10 days....... that was on the 22nd of July, guess what? NO REFUND!
so in total £95 pounds stolen from me.....
These are facts! I have every email printed out and copied.

Please any one thinking of buying from this company, DONT!!!
They take your money and give nothing in return, I'm currently in the process with a fraud company and my bank to deal with this, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I suppose I’m just another customer who placed a 151 order and proceeded to receive multiple emails with empty promises of a restock and delivery dates. I have been nothing but polite and patient, and yet my last two emails have been completely ignored and I am yet to receive my order or a refund. After two months waiting for my order, I finally received a circular email this morning stating that all 151 orders will be refunded - I will be keeping an eye on my account and if I do not receive all my money back (including the extortionate £10 postage fees), I will be contacting the ombudsman and reporting this fraudulent company.

Following my previous reviews and after…

Following my previous reviews and after waiting a month for a refund, I finally decided to take it up with the bank who have paid back the full amount. Geek Peek is going down and I love to see it :). Richard cannot run the simplest of businesses and really needs to reconsider his career path. This is just what you get when you are scamming people and being rude to everyone. Enjoy retirement !

Shameful and Scamming "Company"

Ordered in June...another person scammed over 151! Order then cancelled but had to wait far too long for a refund after needing to involve the bank. Claims to be of poor mental health but has no issue causing stress and invoking health issues to actual hard working people. Shame on you Richard!

If Richard has anything to do with NERDNOOK then I suggest he doesn't have any contact with customers. I was pleasant for weeks and he was disgusting! My "fiery" attitude now comes from weeks of crappy and unprofessional correspondence from Richard. I received a refund from my bank but the company has still yet to release any funds and MasterCard is now involved. I see now you are removing all his unprofessional responses to others on here and state the past can't be changed, however, any affiliation with Richard now being anywhere near NERDNOOK will not be forgotten quickly.
