I had a call off a friendly Noah who explained everything and when I decided to go ahead with the policy, he transferred me a very knowledgeable Mark Cinderby who walked me through everything and made sure I understood and repeated everything before proceeding. Absolutely 5* service!

Kevin was very helpful and explained fully on what the policy involved. He was also more than happy to answer any questions

Matt was proefessjonal and clearly highly knowledgable about thr product offers but also other options i had available to me some of which id never considered before. His knowledge of what he was providing was comprehensive , extensive and impressive.
His manner whilst polite displayed empathy and hw listened carefully to my circumstances and things id previously percieved as possible issues , ie that im not married amd my mortgage situation. He put me at ease and was positive and cheerful throughout.
Unlike other calls ive had from companies offering me insurances of different types, fuel companies , internet providers where ive felt somewhat pressured by the blatant upselling of extras that may not be vauguely relevant or pertinemt ti my soecifi situation , Not once during my call to Matt from Assure did I hear or feel any pressure to be influenced by bonuses .All too often companies are trained to give the customer the very worse case scenario if you dont take out their policy. This insults and gravely underestimats the intelligence and life experiences of the customer which comes at a great cost and I resolve to never entertain that company ever again!!

Please remove me from your calling list. I got constant calls each and every single day without rest. From completely different numbers. I've blocked most of them and still got new numbers calling. I'm at the point which I mistakenly not answering an important legit call because of this.

Was just cold called by a very pushy sales rep from number 07482751737 about life insurance, the kind of wouldn't take no for an answer attitude, when I said not I've not really thought about it much, so id like to have a think and see if its something I think I should look into and then come back to you. Still tried to push me into booking an appointment, and when I started to repeat my position just hung up on me mid sentance.

So, once I have had a think, and maybe look into some life insurance, I definitely will not be coming here for anything.
