With my having a life insurance in the frist place and I was not getting much help from them at all and then I get a phone call from this life insurance company how were very helpful and the safe were so perlite and as for Stacey she was very helpful and very understanding with what I went though with my last life insurance company.

Today Katie reviewed my life insurance policy with me and other add on, did a great job in helping me get a great deal for my money, she was very friendly and kind explained everything in detail and was able to understand and follow what she was saying to me

Really happy with the service I received. Everything was explained clearly, Mark Cinderby was friendly and very helpful, and the process was straightforward. Highly recommended!

I was contacted regarding life insurance and explained that I was very cautious about calls like this and did not want to continue. I asked for the call to end and for my details to be deleted, but felt that my concerns were dismissed and the adviser continued to challenge me rather than simply respecting my request.

I subsequently spoke to a manager, who confirmed my details would be deleted and said the adviser would be spoken to. I’ve also submitted a formal complaint and asked for the call to be investigated.

I’m not suggesting the company is illegitimate — it is FCA regulated — but based on my experience, the way this particular call was handled left me feeling very uncomfortable and uneasy.

Holly helped me find the right cover through my annual renewal. The process was straightforward and Holly had the patience of a saint as my toddler was shouting and playing in the background. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I’ve tried to get life insurance for years now but got refused due to my high risk occupation. After ending all calls immediately any other insurers called. I finally took my time to try again after a life insurance company called and Stacey Charlton talk me into trying again which I did and ended up getting insured finally. I am happy with the policy offered as critical care is something you never know that you might need and it would make life easier if something was to happen to me
