I purchase my Assos bib shorts from Swiss Iconic. The Assos shorts fit me well and Swiss Iconic offers great sale prices. Shipping charges via Fed-Ex to the USA are reasonable.

I ordered two base layers and paid extra for FedEx next day delivery. Six days later the base layers arrived after I had left to head back South in business so have to report a fairly shoddy service particularly when competitors offer much more expeditious service. I wrote to assos factory outlet/swissiconic expressing my deep dissatisfaction at this level of customer service and never received a response. Ironically, you get a much better service ordering directly from Assos in Switzerland so my advice would be to wait for one of their twice yearly sales

i would rate it 5 stars if there were more sizing options.. no issues with what I could find on my size, Assos cycling wear is fantastic

Something has happened. I remember reading a few months ago that the family who owned Assos had sold the business. It doesn't look like it was for the better.
In the past orders placed with Assos Factory Outlet arrived at my California residence in only a few days and if I remember correctly the shipping was at no additional cost.
It is now Dec. 5th and an order placed on Nov 23rd has not arrived. I did not pay the higher cost of Fed Ex delivery ($30), opting instead for Royal mail at $13. Using tracking it appears that the items were provided to the Royal Mail on Nov 26 and have not budged since:

The Assos products have been consistently excellent in my experience and pricing was quite attractive as well. However this recent experience tells me not to buy from these folks if the need is immediate.

UPDATE: It took a few days, most likely due to this being the holidays (even in GB) but James of Assos/Swiss Iconic got back to me. He recognized the fact that the shipment was lost at Royal Mail and offered to resend or cancel the order. The second shipment was received a few days later (via Fed Ex). Thank you James.

Not so good report on Royal Mail. They eventually responded to one of my 2 messages with the fact that my claim of a lost shipment was not valid until 25 days after the original estimated arrival date had past. And sure enough, the day after the make up package arrived I received a notice from the USPS that they had a package from the Royal Mail for me.

I am working with Swiss Iconic now to return and will update again if necessary.

Ordered from Colorado. Lot's of 5+ hour climbing days. Perfect product (T-cento). Accurate sizing. (5-7, 150 lbs, S) Much faster than expected delivery. Took about 30 seconds to go from laughing at $300 bibs to wondering why in the world I didn't spring for them years ago. Very happy to have found the outlet!!!

Just received my package by Fedex and I had to pay
152.75$ Import duties and taxes more from the
25.00$ FedEx shipping and the
350.00$ bibs - would of been cheaper locally!!!!

They seem to have gone out of business. No response to emails, nobody answers the phone.... dodgy.

I am a big fan of Assos gear. And, I love this discount site. But, trying to deal with FedEx is a nightmare. They have refused to leave a package unless they get a signature. So, if you work or are away from your home you will add an extra day to delivery while you sign the slip they leave and they come back the next day to deliver. Even more aggravating if they call in advance (sometimes they do & sometimes they don't) and you try to call back to access their phone system you will discover what a true PITA this company is. There is more but I won't go on. The use of FedEx as a shipper will influence my future decision.

Today I received a notice from FedEx saying that they were holding my package and I would have to drive to their facility (3 towns away) to get my package. Why? No reason was given. So I went there. I asked why my package was being held when FedEx had contacted me yesterday to say it was being delivered today. Answer: "It has a yellow sticker on it." So? "That means hold." But, why? "I don't know." And, why did I get a message saying it was being delivered? "Maybe a mistake?" Good grief. They don't even know. When I said that I hated dealing with FedEx I was told, "You should contact your retailer and tell them not to use us." I love Assos Discount Outlet but I cannot do this anymore. Sorry.

Ordered a limited edition (profBlack) jacket which was pictured and described as such. Received a normal jacket. Very poor, passing off a normal and cheaper jacket as a limited edition one. The price is not competitive for a normal item.
Also beware you have to pay for your own returns. Very rare for most 'proper' online retailers.
Unless the item is a massive bargain or you know your Assos size I would shop elsewhere.

Only buy ASSOS for all my cycling apparel and love the brand as the quality goes above and beyond my expectations. Outlet is very affordable, convenient and ships pretty quick. Don't waste your time and hard earned money on any other brand for your cycling apparel, you won't regret ASSOS.

Purchase experience is ok, however, most desirable products don't have common sizes, and if they do, the discount is very small.

I purchased something such as socks, gloves a couple of days ago. I was happy to can get items as very reasonable price. If i have a chance, i would want to use this site again. thanks!

Fine products. Work great for endurance road cycling and daily commuting. I even wear them around the house when I get back from a ride.
