The products are great, but…….. if you wish to return anything or wish to deal with after sales, they are an utter disaster.

I bought some bib shorts from them and was told that a carrier would contact me, regarding a return, but never did, and I had to end up sending it back myself through Royal Mail. The refund is still outstanding.

Contacting them, it is always through a really poor customer service link where you’re waiting days for responses and very rarely the response that you want, just hopeless platitudes.

If you want to buy Assos gear, don’t do it through Assos themselves as if it’s not right i.e. size colour etc and you’re wanting to send it back you will end up losing the will to live

Assos, if you actually read this, you really should be ashamed of yourselves, with reference to your app, after sales and refunds process. I suggest you figure out how the likes of Amazon and Gymshark do it and learn quickly and adapt, because, it matters not how good your products are, and they are, it’s how good your customer experience is with not only your products but your processes too. Make buying, and returning, your products easy

I'm in the U.S. There was a mix-up in the tracking number I received, and it showed that my package was sent to the U.K. Upon contacting customer service, within 5 minutes, they rectified the issue by uncovering and revealing the correct tracking number.

I'm very much grateful for their speed and consideration.

Love this site to pick up excellent quality kit. Customer service is consistently bang on. Tracked and expeditious shipping. But ... really wish they would expand/replenish their inventory. Pretty static/limited and my (and my spouse's) size, in our go-to items. has been largely depleted.

Ho fatto un ordine in dat a22 Novembre e ad oggi, 13 dicembre non ho ricevuto nulla. Ho provveduto ad inviare 3 email: nelle prime due facevo presente che non avevo ricvevuto nulla e di risposta ho ricevuto che dovevo seguire il tracciamento del pacco: tracciamento che non esisteva! alla terza email non hanno più risposto ed io non ho ancora ricevuito nulla.- Direi che la valutazione della mia esperienza è PESSIMA!

Shipping to Korea took about two weeks. Considering the logistics crisis, it is fast.
The 3/4 bib shorts without fleece ordered is likely to be very useful in spring and autumn. I tried riding 90km, but there was no inconvenience except for a slight cut in my knee. The size is almost the same as the size of the Rapha professional team bib shorts size small, but it is slightly smaller.

I have purchased from the Assos outlet before and it was very good and to be fair so was this other than it wasn't Assos kit that i ended up with. My mistake I suppose as i should have paid closer attention however if you're buying from the Assos outlet you kind of expect Assos kit. This turned out to be GIORDANA (a make i have never heard of) which is presented to look exactly the same as the Assos stuff and in the pictures looks like Assos with its little round logo on the leg. Fortunately I only wanted some training gear but frankly its not the same quality or fit as Assos so buyer beware!!

Prices are phenomenal for high quality products that you pay double the price for elsewhere…Keep up the good work 👍🏼
