I honestly can’t recommend ASK Motors enough. We dealt with Dave throughout the process and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

After having such a stressful experience with our previous rejected car from another dealer I was understandably quite nervous about buying another one. Dave was so helpful, patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. He never made us feel pressured and was always happy to answer any questions we had.

He kept us updated, went above and beyond to help get everything sorted, and made the whole experience feel really straightforward and stress-free. It was clear that he genuinely wanted us to be happy with the car and comfortable with everything before going ahead.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our Ford Puma and really happy that we chose ASK Motors. Dave is a credit to the company and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Dave was brilliant he gave me a full rundown of the car, explaining everything I needed to know in a clear and helpful way. Once I’d chosen the car, Jay stepped in to help with the finance process. Quite simply the best service I have ever received.

Back in February of this year, my BMW Estate was stolen off my drive by professional car thieves / sc*mbags (if you don't already have one, please keep your key fobs in a farady box). After my insurance paid out, I was keen to get a replacement. Having contacted a few places (including local BMW Dealership), no one would call me back? Until I found Ash Motors.

Moe called me back the following morning and from that moment to the moment I collected my new car, was a dream. Nothing was too much trouble, everything went seamlessly, it was like a breath of fresh air.

Buying a used car on the internet can be difficult and risky but the team at ASK Motors made it safe and easy. We saw plenty of used BMWs for sale around the country but, due to many dealers having poor reviews, we didn’t feel confident about making a long journey to pick up a car that might not meet our expectations. But everything about our experience with Dave at ASK Motors was great and the car more than met our expectations when we drove 80 miles to Walsall to pick it up. The service at ASK Motors was brilliant, their communication was excellent and the car is amazing. A big thank you to Dave and the team!
