Bought a merc SL500 the service and customer service was exceptional would buy from Enzo Again A+++++

My honesty opinion if you love your money find someone else this dealership is a scammer 90% off is review is from friends and family I been fighting this dealership for 7 months at the end I was right.I had a very concerning experience with this company and would strongly advise others to be cautious.

I received a vehicle that became non-operational in less than 24 hours. From the beginning, it was clear the car had multiple faults and was not in a roadworthy condition when it was handed over to me.

When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, they initially refused to take responsibility and attempted to blame me for the damage. After further discussion, they agreed to carry out repairs. However, even after they claimed the vehicle had been fixed, it still did not work.

I escalated the matter to the finance company, who arranged for an independent professional inspection. This inspection confirmed that the vehicle had numerous pre-existing faults and serious mechanical issues.

When I visited the company in person to discuss the situation, the experience became extremely distressing. There were approximately 8–10 staff members surrounding me and my wife, raising their voices and behaving in an intimidating and aggressive manner. This conduct was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe.

Overall, this has been a very negative experience involving a faulty vehicle, poor customer service, and unacceptable behaviour. I would urge others to be extremely careful when dealing with this company.

A dealer that needs to be avoided completely, when it comes to the issues with the car the after sales or money refund if the car is returned because the dealer completely refused to take the liabilities and responsibility on fixing the issue of the car they sold with too many hidden issues under the bonnet.
And very important thing about this dealer if the car is taken on finance and agreement is cancel and car is returned the refund of the money back to finance company is a never ending situation, day by day a new statement of the dealer back to the finance company.
Lesson is be 200% sure that the car is legal, legitimate and without any issues and if on finance and the agreement cancelled within the cooling period never return or handover the car unless the dealer has fully refunded the deposit (if any) and loan amount of the finance company.

Happy with my purchase and the warranty deal . Definitely recommend

I had the pleasure of dealing with Enzo to purchase my new Nissan qashkai. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Unfortunately I’ve had some horrific experiences with other traders. But Enzo and his team were fabulous. The car was delivered on time the lads who delivered were so lovely too. The car was clean and as sold as per description with no issues. I would highly recommend these guys, I live a good 60 miles away from this dealership and they were fabulous, professional and have excellent customer service. As and when the time should arise I will be going back to Enzo for another car on the future. But for now I love the one I bought from them. Save your money and spend a little more somewhere else.

I bought a Sprinter van from this dealer and was told it had gone through a **“300-point check”** and had received a **fresh service** before delivery . Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

To begin with, the **brake light bulbs weren’t even working**, something that should have been picked up immediately during any proper inspection. When the van was later checked properly, it turned out there was **no cabin filter and no engine air filter installed at all — they were completely non-existent**. These are basic service items, so it really makes you question whether any service was actually done.

The **tyres were barely legal**, and one of them had a **puncture repair done instead of being properly replaced**. I was also told the **brakes were new**, but when inspected the **brake pads were almost completely worn down**, nowhere near what you’d expect if they had recently been replaced.

The overall experience was also very unprofessional. The premises **smelt strongly of weed**, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when you’re spending a lot of money on a vehicle. I was given a delivery date that **changed three different times**, with excuses each time blaming someone else.

The van was eventually delivered **two weeks later than promised at around 10pm**, which is completely unacceptable when you’re trying to run a business.

I’m also **still waiting for the service documents, inspection report, and other paperwork**, and it has now been **over three months**. The only reason I didn’t return the van immediately was because I **desperately needed it for work and would have lost my contracts otherwise**.

Overall, the whole process felt misleading and very poorly handled. I’ve had to spend additional time and money fixing things that should have already been sorted.

**Don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend a little more with a reputable dealer and save yourself the stress, wasted time, and headaches.**
