I went to Ashmayu Yoga with a single goal of weight loss. What I came out with are the tools for achieving that and also having a great mental balance in general.

For an absolute beginner such as myself, i struggled quite a bit with poses. The instructors were extremely patient with me, despite attending group classes, where I was surrounded by many intermediate to advanced yoga practitioners. They not only helped me with the poses but also explained in detail what each pose can do for you.

Everything about Ashmayu from its ambience to its people only imparts physical and mental balance. If one wants to learn yoga the right way, I highly recommend the Ashmayu experience.
