Great advice

We have been with Ascot Lloyd for several years now and have always found them to be supportive and helpful. Our recent review was held on the phone but was just as good as our face to face ones have been.

Contacted Ascot Lloyd this morning with a query relating to my mum’s online account. Also, I had a query about my own account. From the beginning of my phone conversation to the end . I received excellent service with help, advice and information. The person who dealt with myself, he was so professional and explained in detail the process of what would happen and that I could contact him again if I required any more help. Excellent service.

I was disappointed with incorrect details in the report
I am not 88 until 29th December.
I’m not looking for income in retirement.
I didn’t tell the advisor that I want to leave a legacy.
I did tell him that my rainy day savings are with the Yorkshire Building Society

I had problems logging on to the website which was all my fault , but the staff were very easy with me and explained in detail to avoid any stress on my part.

Mr. Ford explained in detail although I needed to know. And did not rush and explained everything I need to know and the outcome was good.

My call was answered very quickly and I was transferred to the department I needed immediately and my questions were answered very well so that I now know what to do and who to speak with.
Barnaby Wallace answered my call and speedily transferred me to speak with Linnarna (I hope that is the right spelling🤞) who explained to me what I had to do to provide the information required etc. for my account/investments.
