Asbestos kits UK Ltd Recenzje

The company, Asbestos Kits UK, responded quickly to my initial request for a kit, helped well with a query and responded with results very quickly. Altogether a great service!

A disgraceful, disablist, company who think being rude and patronising to autistic people is acceptable behavior. Purchased on Ebay, and they are perfect proof that you get what you pay for. Should have paid a couple of quid extra for a better standard of service and much more professionalism. When I read some of the Ebay reviews they have a habit of getting away with exaggerated delivery deadlines, as many have doubts about there 24 hour turnaround of results. They wait until you complain a week later then say they have only just received the sample as happened in my case. They say they will refund but don't. They say the results are sent but aren't. I do not believe even EVRI take a week from collection to handing the package over to them. It seems people are so elated at being given an 'all clear' they are happy to say thank you? How many have double checked with a decent company? How many people realize that Asbestosis takes 30+ years to develop. If they are prepared to lie about their service in terms of deadlines, and documents what else are they prepared to lie about. Wait 40 years before you properly assess their reviews. I have learnt not to buy Asbestos testing kits on Ebay, anymore than buying items on Temu without checking the dimensions. This is my personal opinion based on my experience, and having written it they then refunded me. It appears the truth hurts and they want Trustpilot to remove it. It is not defamation to tell the truth, and this won't be the first time I have won one of these battles with Trustpilot. If you don't want reviews like this don't insult Autistic people, and if you do, have the decency to apologise.

In the end no asbestos detected - a green light to redecorate!

Super fast service.

Very easy process, clear instructions and quick result

Good response rste

They were very helpful. Thank you.

I've relied on Asbestos Kits UK Ltd several times over the years. Their services have consistently provided me with peace of mind whenever I've needed to verify the safety of my properties.

It's a shame they use Evri now, but my samples did make it there.

Kit arrived quickly Easy instructions and quick results

Rang the company on the day they closed for Christmas and with minutes to go before they shut up shop, they very helpfully took my order and a sample kit was dispatched. The results were turned around in no time at all and it was the most quick and efficient service I have experienced for a very long time. Fantastic. Thank you.

The outcome arrived promptly. I had a question regarding one of the outcomes, and the company responded to me swiftly. They were extremely helpful and efficient.

I requested a sample kit which arrived promptly, I returned sample via Evri and received the laboratory analysis within 48hrs by email

Good process and prompt response to samples sent

Fast turnaround at the lab, poor postage using EVRI took time hence not 5*
Suggest using Royal Mail 1st class if need quick results

Great service and communication.
