Awful experience
Awful experience. You must choose a good transportation company if you want to succeed. Also it's inadmissible that you can't provide a contact phone number. It's impossible to get real update of orders. Expensive tiles and very bad service.

No respetan el plazo de envío de las muestras, que se había anunciado entre 1 y 2 días.
Hice mi pedido hace 4 días y no he tenido noticias. Nº DE PEDIDO #AC3604
Envié un mensaje a través de su página web: recibí una respuesta muy breve de Souza, en la que me decía que lo enviarían lo antes posible (?); Ni un «hola», ni un «gracias»… En fin, da un poco la sensación de que les estamos molestando.
Además, en su página web indican que se puede utilizar su chat, pero este no existe.
A primera vista, todo esto no parece muy serio.
Me sorprendería mucho recibir algo, a pesar de que ya he pagado.
Ya veremos.

I placed an order for tiles on this…
I placed an order for tiles on this website a month ago. Since, the package has been lost, TWICE.
The first order, they sent me a delivery confirmation, so I followed up saying the order was never delivered. Then they promptly resent a package and this time provided a DSV tracking number. Again, the package has been lost and follow up with customer service is taking forever. I have sent four emails in the past week and have received no reply or solution.

Beautiful Tiles but not so good customer service
The tiles on this site are amazing, really beautiful and unique. I had a big project rennovating my house. I ordered at least 6 different tiles and was very pleased. Until one of the orders came and looked completely different than the photos on the site. I asked to replace them with something else. First of all I discovered that it takes their customer service 3 days, at least, to respond and when they did, they said I would have to pay for the return delivery so it wouldn't be worth it. I think that due to the fact that these tiles were wrongfully portrayed on the site, I shouldn't have to pay for their return. I wrote them about this but never even got a response. Too bad the customer service doesn't match the quality of the product. When rennovating a large project, they should be more accomodating. Especially when the photos are so far from reality...

Tile pattern as ordered
Sadly 22 were found to be broken upon unpacking. Photos sent to suppliers and presence of broken tiles noted on the delivery document. We are waiting for the replacement tiles to arrive.
If this all goes to plan then my satisfaction score will be be raised to 5 stars

Tutto bene, precisi bravi rispondono subito tolgo una stella per un po’ di trasparenza che potrebbe essere aggiunta non si capisce bene dove e chi siano. Penso possa rassicurare gli acquirenti, però in realtà tutto bene.

Excellent follow up customer service
I found the entire experience to be very straightforward. My order was processed really quickly and dispatched via a reputable courier. Artisan Ceramica kept me in the loop regarding delivery and followed up when a delay occurred.
I am very impressed with the level of customer service and l will be ordering from the company again when I require more tiles.

€97 Delivery Fee for Curbside Only
The products are really good, but the delivery was curbside, and I didn’t find any notice about that on the website. I paid €97 for the delivery and had to carry 90kg of tiles upstairs by myself. I believe this should have been clearly mentioned before checkout.

We’d just like to clarify that the “kerbside delivery” service is stated in several places during the checkout process, when selecting the shipping method before payment, in the order confirmation email, and again in the shipping confirmation email. It’s also detailed in our Terms and Conditions and in the Delivery Information section on our website.
The delivery cost reflects the weight and fragility of the tiles. We pass this charge directly from the courier without adding any additional fees, to keep costs as low as possible for our customers.
