The pair of Shoes I have ordered took one week to arrive. When they have arrived I opened the Box and saw marks and scratches on one Shoe. Straight away I contacted the Customer Service via E-Mail. One week later and I still have no answer to this Mail. Although it said that they would come back to me within 24 Hours. After all there was not even a dustbag or a separate pit of Laces included… Really bad Customer Service - I will not order again!

Very smart, excellent delivery on time dispatched quick. Comfy and quality.
Affordable and not a small fortune like other brands I have brought

I have bought several pairs of sneakers from Artisan-lab. The products have always been of high quality, and using the website is pretty easier. The one time I had a minor issue with a pair of sneakers, they sent a replacement in no time at all.

I owned 3 pairs of sneakers from Artisan lab.
It is so easy to wear with any kind of style, casual,suits, short pants..
The value for money is the best I found in the market.
I don’t see & feel any difference with the other too expensive brand I bought before.
I recommend Artisan lab to all my fashion lover friends.

The idea is good, as are the quality of the products. It does however take a while for items to be dispatched (makes sense as they are being made). The accuracy of delivery is not good enough nor is the communication between ordering and delivery. For example my order was placed on the 16th of September - nothing on the confirmation email about when i should expect the products. I email on the 10th October and get a reply that they are being dispatched between 7th and 14th of October (absolutely fine - just want some comms in the confirm about this). I get sent a message on the 14th October that it has been dispatched. The tracking number doesn't work... I leave it for a few days and get a review request and i still dont have my product and the tracking number still doesnt work (21st October).

You dont need to publish this review - but you need to be aware of some of these shortfalls. thanks

It’s too early as I have not received my order yet. I didn’t know if the shoes would ship before the pants, but I knew the pants would ship later. I’m excited to see the products as it’s my first purchase. Will be happy to review after I get the products

Artisan Lab produce a fantastic product. The highest quality materials, design and craftsmanship. The customer service is second to none. A great example of the customer comes first. I'm a repeat customer, and I'm so pleased with all my purchases. Highly recommended.

Having owned several pairs of common projects I wanted to try artisan lab after hearing positive noise about the quality, the competitive (not inflated) price and the fit and comfort.

I wasn’t disappointed, unlike CP they fit well out of the box with less breaking in or needing to wear plasters on my heels! I have a fairly wide foot and the toe box fits well without squashing my feet like CP do, The essential for more like the CP retro and maintain a slim silhouette with a comfortable fit, and I prefer the courts over my CP bballs as they just feel more shaped for a foot and less bulky.

I now own essentials in off white and dark grey and courts in cream and love them all, would love them to get into boots as they know how to make a quality affordable fine leather Italian made shoe.

Amazing quality and design for the price. Fabrics are fantastic.

Nothing but positive things to say about the items I have purchased and the customer service I have received from Artisan Lab. I will be a customer for life and look forward to the future releases from them

Shipping was fast and without hassle directly from the manufacturer, however after few wears you can clearly see that the quality of the shoes "Essential Sneakers" is very poor compared to what is advertised and that they will most likely not last very long.

I bought white sneakers that turned yellow some month after.

The only response I got from the SAV was how to clean the shoes (which I have already done) and that they were testing a new product to clean. Since then, I never received an answer.

I would definetly not recommend buying from Artisan Lab. When an manufacturing issue happen, they do not take the responsability. One of my worst experience with an after sale service.

I spent £115.00 on essential white sneekers a year ago and they are the best quality sneekers I ever owned.
Leather is smooth and soft from the day one, usually I have blister with each new shoe untill i break them in, but that was not the case with Artisan Labs.
Overall the craftmenship, quality and comfort are top notch and they are definitely worth every penny. If you take a good care of them, they will last you for years!

I bought a pair of essential sneakers about 6 month ago and wore them about 15 times. Leather is still squeaking which is super annoying and i now stopped wearing them. I've got 5 other minimal sneakers in my current "rotation" and never before have i experienced something like this. Very dissapointed and would not recommend.

Received my essential white sneakers yesterday. I ordered the minimal sneakers by mistake but with a simple email they corrected my order and received the correct product without any delay.

Really happy with the product! Beautiful shoe, well built and sizing advise (1 size down from normal size) is perfect. They fit like a glove. Can't wait to break them in and enjoy them for a long time to come! Keep up the great work :)

There was a minor mistake with the shipment of my order. I emailed customer service and they replied super fast and fixed everything. The shoes are on point - by far the coolest design for minimalistic sneakers. The quality of the leather is super. Summarized: 5 star service. 5 star design. 5 star quality. I would mos def recommend

Really can't fault these shoes, look great, quality material, well made, at more than half the price of CP's. No issues with heal slippage like other reviews. 100% recommend you go down a size though.

As soon as I received the email for the new women's line I had to place an order for my wife to show her why I love these trainers. They arrived in good time, the finish was just like my others, spot on!

Word of warning, please contact them to give them a comparison to ensure you get the right size, my wife is a 6 and after a few emails it was advised that I should order a 5, which ended up being perfect when my wife tried them on Christmas day.

I bought them in white which I also have in an mens 8,they will get dirty but with a good cleaning regime and shoe trees they will crease nice, look fresh and super versitile, trust me when I say your partner will love these!

This is strictly a customer service review. While Artisan Lab does make a decent quality good looking sneaker their customer service is full of crap and seems like they just say what they think you want to hear. I’ve been attempting to purchase a pair of sneakers in a specific style from them since July. I understand “Covid” circumstances and production may be longer than usual but I was told several times that the shoe will definitely restock by a certain time frame and they haven’t. I explained that I was in need of a pair of sneakers in their style and that I’d wait to purchase from them instead of a competitor based off the lie they told me. Again, I understand if they can’t produce but just be honest and say that instead of making your customers wait for something that’s never coming. Never understood people that do business like this because while yes, their product is desirable, there are MANY other companies like Cabell and Simonon that offer a very similar product.

The shoes looked good online until I bought one,the design was faulty causing heel slippage,only to find out that they have no distribution center in the US for return and so that costed me $90 just to return a poorly made shoes with heel slippage,I was devastated!!!!,Al other retailers I have shopped from in the UK and EUROPE have distribution centers or at least an address in the US to receive returns which makes it affordable for customers to return if they don’t offer free returns but these company will waste your money.STAY AWAY!!!!!
