Absolutely perfect. Went in to view a car and had everything sorted and low interest finance in place in a matter of minutes. The few minor issues on the cars past MOT were all sorted very quickly ready for me to pick my car up.

Can’t fault them at all, staff were welcoming and polite and had no issues when dealing with any issues or questions I had both before and after collecting the car.

I couldn't recommend Ryan and Arrow Motor Company enough, I travelled nearly 3hrs each way to purchase my car and it was worth it, Ryan done everything in his power to get me the best deal possible and made the whole experience clear and simple, I will definitely be in contact when I'm looking for my next car.

Purchased an Audi TT from Ryan, this was a very pleasant experience from the beginning. Great service. Very helpful and I would highly recommend. First time buying a car from them and they made it simple straightforward and no fuss. Just what you need from a company. Also received a follow up call with help and an offer to assist in setting up Bluetooth and other issues. They didn’t have to do that and it’s little things like that that make all the difference.

I am not normally the type of person to write reviews but i truly believe Arrow deserve my time. I have lost track of the number of cars i have purchased over the years but Arrow blows the socks off all of the garages i have previously dealt with.
Ryan stayed late to meet us because of our work commitments, no pressure, friendly and very knowledgeable. Superb stock of vehicles all presented immaculately and priced sensibly.

This is the second time we have used Arrow Motor Co. and once again we were really pleased with the service from start to finish.
Friendly and honest service is not something you would normally associate with car salesmen (well not in my experience!) but Ryan is great; he talks through everything openly, is happy to answer questions and work towards the best possible deal for all involved.

Our worries were unfounded as we found the service we got from Ryan extremely good, better than Main Dealers. He cannot do enough to satisfy his customers. We would certainly buy from him again.
