I came across the item on Instagram, I loved the design and style of the shoe and so I ordered for it, it took almost a month to get to me and that's not even the worst part. The worst part is that the shoe does not look like what was advertised. It's an imitation of what was advertised, I have complained but it looks like there won't be any refund. Please avoid this company. I beg you, do not fall for them. I have lost £134 to them on this fake shoe from them. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM YOU SEE from them.

Amazing Quality and Excellent Customer Service!

I completely agree with the previous reviews – these boots are stunning in both quality and appearance. The feel is amazing too! Just a heads-up, they do run small; I usually wear a size 42-43, but I had to go for a 44. Also, the customer service was fantastic – fast and super helpful. Highly recommend!

The quality is so bad

The quality is so bad, the shoe smells like paint it has my house smelling really bad, I am trying to return them i hope i can, i returned the shoe, waiting in my refund, also stop with the false advertisement.. the shoes are from China not Italian.. this was my worst experience

China merchandise, NOT Italian, shoppers, be aware!

Yes I want to return, send me here the pre-paid label for the transport. I am nou going to pay to ship anything to Hong Kong. And NO, there is nothing Italian in those shoes, I am sorry.

1. They claim the shoes are Italian, which is not true. It is just merchandise sent from China, low quality, ugly and not as in the pictures. They don't offer the returns, which is the worst for online shopping.
2. Update: they agree for changing my shoes as long as I pay myself for sending them back to China 😱 and not before I delete this review.

I was skeptical at first but i decided to take the risk. Arnoconti.com is genuine guys. I am so pleased with my purchase. The quality is top notch. The packaging is excellent. The shoes came in a beautifully made shoe bag for each foot. I also received a gift alongside my purchase, but the shoes run small. I bought the Green Laminated Leather 100mm Pointed Toe Pumps size 9.5 but it was small for me. i have to order a size up this time but i am NOT RETURNING. i will keep it as a Christmas gift for my sister.

Big disappointment

Shipment from China. Extremely poorly packaged, no invoice, no label for the promised free return shipping included. The shoes smell awful (not of genuine leather) and therefore can NOT be worn. No indication of materials and origin anywhere. Аbsolutely nothing to do with the handmade pair of shoes I was expecting to receive. And at the end, I had to pay for the return to China myself.

Zwei paar Schuhe geordert

Zwei paar Schuhe geordert, kamen zu zwei unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten. Sie rochen so stark nach Chemie, dass ich sie zurückgeben wollte. Ein Retourenetikett wird nur per E-Mail über den Support zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich bin seit Tagen mit dem Support in Kontakt und es wird mir kein Etikett zur Verfügung gestellt. Erst sollte ich den Grund für die Rückgabe angeben, dann wurde gefragt, ob ich nicht lieber umtauschen möchte. Das Geld ist eingezogen. Ich habe bei Paypal einen Konflikt gemeldet und würde der Sache jetzt noch eine Woche geben, bevor ich einen Anwalt beauftrage.
Update: Mittlerweile wurde mir die Rücksendung angeboten, allerdings auf eigene Kosten nach China. Auf deren Website steht: "Wir senden Ihnen dann ein vorausbezahltes Rücksendeetikett zum Ausdrucken und arrangieren die (kostenlose) Abholung durch den Spediteur. Nachdem wir Ihre Rücksendung in unserem Lager bearbeitet haben, erstatten wir den vollen Kaufbetrag innerhalb von 10 Werktagen auf Ihre ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode zurück." Der Support hält sich auch nicht an die Richtlinie, die auf der Website angegeben ist. Sicherlich sende ich keine zwei Pakete nach China auf eigene Kosten.

Not good

OK, I ordered two pairs and we received one now. I have to wait another. Who knows how long
The first pair l got underneath. Had scratched the mark. My wife is upset because supposed to be new shoes. Looks like this marks on the either somebody put their feet in there, I’m not sure but I’m waiting on the second pair and not happy and I was hoping to buy more shoes. I don’t think I’ll happen.

I ordered a shoe for my wedding on the…

I ordered a shoe for my wedding on the 9th of September and I was told my order has been shipped. After so many back and forth I was told my order is. It in stock I should pick another one which I did and again it took a while and I missed using the product for my weeding . I have ask for the item link to be sent to me but no one is answering to my request . The aim of the order has been defeated.

missing items & bad quality

I ordered two pairs of shoes, they were dispatched and tracking details shared within a week. Two weeks later the delivery came, only one pair, and I get a text message saying sorry one pair is no longer available. This is now three weeks after ordering - and a different option will take another two weeks to arrive, and they won’t refund the difference until this happens. It’s a joke.

Also after one wear, the red soles are totally cracked. Not happy. Don’t buy.

Premium Shoes and Experience

I ordered the sophisticated leather penny loafers. They handcraft the shoes so it took around 2 weeks to complete. Shipping was quite fast as it was sent to my house within the week of completion. The overall quality of the shoe is high so I am quite pleased about that. I was also pleasantly surprised by the premium packaging and overall presentation.
