Massive Probleme mit Retouren! Achtung!

Kurzfassung:
1. Schuhe sind schön
2. Anstiftung zum Zollbetrug
3. kein kostenloster Rückversand (nach China)
4. Retouren werden nicht bearbeitet
5. Keinerlei Antworten mehr, wenn man eine Retoure senden will
6. 5-Sterne Bewertungen auf Trustpilot werden durch Rabatte für künftige Bestellungen gekauft

Langfassung:
Wir haben am 24.02.2025 dort 2 Paar Schuhe bestellt und dafür 189,11 € bezahlt. Die Schuhe kamen am 06.03.2025 aus China an.
Ein Paar war etwas zu klein, das andere war deutlich zu klein. Beide wurden in Größe 39 bestellt. An sich waren die Schuhe sehr schön und wir haben keine Mängel an den Schuhen festgestellt. Wirklich schade, dass wir sie nicht behalten konnten.

Somit habe ich mich über die Internetseite an den Support per Chat gewandt. Der Schriftwechsel ging täglich hin und her und da ich anfangs nach einem Tausch in eine andere Größe im Sinn hatte, habe ich auch jeden Tag eine Antwort erhalten. Man einigte sich darauf, das Paket zurückzusenden und Größe 40 zu nehmen.

Als ich allerdings das Paket nach China zurückgesendet habe, musste ich mit Trackingnummer (wie von Arno Conti gefordert) 46 € für das Porto bezahlen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns dafür entschieden keinen Umtausch zu wagen, für den Fall, dass die Schuhe dann noch immer nicht passen und wir nochmals 46 € Versand zahlen müssten. Somit gab ich an, ich wolle nach der Rücksendung die 189,11 € zurück erstattet bekommen. Versand war am 24.03.2025.

Ab hier begannen die Probleme:
1. Arno Conti hat von mir verlangt bei der Zollerklärung über den Warenwert zu lügen und anzugeben, dass der Inhalt weniger als 20 € wert sei, obwohl das Paket als Retoure aufgegeben wird. Das ist meine Ansicht nach Betrug beim Zoll!
2. Das Paket liegt seit dem 29.03.2025 beim Zoll in China und wird augenscheinlich nicht abgeholt oder von Arno Conti weiterbearbeitet.
3. Arno Conti antwortet seitdem nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten. Es wurde 2x über das Chatfenster und 2x an die auf der Seite angegebenen Support-Email-Adresse geschrieben. Ich erhielt keine Antwort.
4. Auch wenn es auf Trustpilot verboten ist, so werden augenscheinlich viele 5-Sterne-Bewertungen leider "gekauft." In einem der beiden Schuhkartons war ein Kärtchen enthalten, auf dem eine Prämie (ich glaube in Form von Rabatt für die nächste Bestellung) geworben wurde, wenn man auf Trustpilot eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung abgebe.

Fazit:
Schuhe schön, aber du siehst dein Geld (in meinem Fall knapp 235 €) nie wieder, wenn dir die Schuhe nicht gefallen oder nicht passen. Mein Vertrauen in diese Firma ist leider erschüttert. Also vorsicht beim Kauf!

Very sexy heels

Overall I am very happy with the 3 pairs of heels I bought. It took a while to receive by mail, but for the price it was very worth the wait. The 4" heels are gorgeous and the red soles are so sexy. Yay!

Schlechte Erfahrung

Schlechte Erfahrung! Der Shop bietet keine Rücknahme an, obwohl er 30 Tage Easy Return auf seiner Homepage stehen hat. Ich bin gerade noch dabei zu versuchen, mein Geld zurück zu bekommen.

cheap chinese replica, toxic smell, totally overpriced, high cost for return

Arno Conti only is the name to gain trust from innocent people. Shop name should be HENGDAO INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED...thats what is really behind.
"30 years of Expertise Luxury Customization" ....no, HENGDAO INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED was incorporated on 3-NOV-2022 as a Private company limited by shares registered in Hong Kong.

Product is from same cheap quality as the most chinese products. Really bad toxic smell, product pictures are copied from Christian Louboutin website. 115 € is totally overpriced.
"Easy return" is a lie. No return label. Paypal customer service does not help properly. Its 45 Euros return by DHL plus custom form has to filled out correctly. This is nothing but a scam.
Never again !
