AVOID THIS "COMPANY" LIKE THE PLAGUE

I bought Vegan Leather Chelsea Boots for Men - they cost £40, they took 2 weeks to arrive (double the stated delivery expectation they have on their website). The boots arrived and stink of plastic and the quality of them is horrible. Not only this, but there is highlighter ink inside the bag that has marked the boots. Steer clear of this company, it is not worth it.

I have returned the boots almost 6 weeks ago and still hadn't been given a refund, I chased twice and on the second time I was ignored AGAIN !

They have only confirmed that I'll be getting a refund now that I've threatened them to trading standards. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY.

If I could have put zero I would have. Wish I’d read all the other comments before purchase. The dress I brought fits and looks nothing like the picture. Yo get a refund you have to email so stated I needed a return (the day it had arrived). Customer services wrote back that as it was a personal preference that I didn’t like the dress and it didn’t suit me meant that I wasn’t allowed to return or get a refund!!! Who has heard of not being able to return due to personal preference. Of course if something looks shit on you of course you want to return it! I’m not going to hold on to a dress worth over £100 if it’s awful!!!

I ordered 3 items in good faith which were unsuitable. I followed the return procedure but was asked if I would like to keep the items and receive a 50% refund ! I refused and then was offered 60% to keep the items. I replied saying I could not wear them and was then agreed to return.
All instructions were followed and I paid for the return.
I can see they were delivered back to them and were signed for but no refund back to me at all despite several emails to Rachel at customer support.
I am getting no feedback at all.
Absolutely disgusted with this and will be taking advice as to what I can do .

If you don’t get refund threaten them with your bank getting money back ! You’ll soon get your refund

It took 15 days for the dress I ordered to arrive as it came from the mainland China. There was a defect with it so I will send it back although I’m not sure how long I need to wait for the refund to come through. I found the dress was very poor quality given it was originally over £90 reduced to £50. I wouldn’t have paid £10 for it. Never buy anything from this site again.

I ordered the Boat neck a line mini dress which took a few weeks to come, the material was absolutely shocking. It was extremely thin and felt so cheap considering the price. I emailed asking to return the item, to which I was offered a 60% refund after some back and fourth. It has been a month since that and I have still not received a partial refund. I had been getting quick responses via email and then after the 60% refund was “issued” I have reached out multiple times with no response whatsoever. Customer service is shocking- lying about issuing refunds and then not replying. I would highly recommend against ordering from this company.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shoddy goods, although they show a UK address on the website the goods come from China and take forever to arrive. When you try to make a return emails are sent back as ‘Non Deliverable’. A Sham company.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a dress in 2 different sizes took over 3 weeks to get delivered then a further 4 weeks to try and get a return/refund. Was assured the refund was processed on 8th April still waiting 21st and no response

Shocking company stay well away.i did receive products but too late.i did manage to get a return address but the dresses now sitting at Birmingham post office.They have now blocked me from emailing.ive also been on to citizens advice.Has anyone actually had money back?STAY WELL AWAY!!

The cream blazer that I ordered was of very poor quality material and the pressing of the item was incorrect and badly done. Certainly not worth the £40 paid. I will be returning the item.

DO NOT DO IT!!! Currently trying to claim my money back through my bank. Theiving arseh*les. Shocking product, shocking customer service. Came from China took ages to recieve, when I did finally recieve hoodie is bad quality and tiny. Trying to get a refund but unable to get a return address. The company have responded once to say they would like to offer a partial refund, said no within minutes of the email and not heard back since. Wish I'd of read the reviews before I ordered. Stay away!!!!

Ordered a sage green ribbed crew neck top for layering. Took a few weeks to arrive. The colour was better than the photo as it was more on the turquoise side. Not sure about the quality of the fabric. Very thin. Not worn it yet but wonder whether it is "sweat proof" as it feels more polyester. Think it is expensive for what you get. Can get a similiar from the high street shops. No label on the top so that made me suspicious. Not sure whether I will order again from this company.

Order item nearly 3 weeks ago received email 2 days later saying being packed and delivery in 3-7 days nothing - emailed 3 times now and no response £80 they have from me - disgusting PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE obviously a fraudulent company take your money and no way of getting it back -BEWARE

It was my first and certainly the last time that I ordered anything from this site. The delivery took forever and the items had nothing to do with the ones I’d ordered. At the moment , I am still waiting for customer service to explain the “next steps” in order to send the items back and get my refund, after they’d asked for pictures of the items, which I sent immediately. Truly awful experience! Avoid by any means!

Ordered a jumpsuit. Took a long while to be delivered (from China). Looks absolutely nothing like the website pic. It’s cheap and nasty. Don’t waste your time and money. In the process of getting a refund.

I put my order in 02/03/2026 had no contact until 10th they said they were updating there site delivery turned up 18/03/2026 doesn’t look like anything it shows in picture looks cheap and nasty supposed to be xxl and it’s small now there fobbing me off with no reply so I put it straight in bin I will not use again 🤬
