DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shoddy goods, although they show a UK address on the website the goods come from China and take forever to arrive. When you try to make a return emails are sent back as ‘Non Deliverable’. A Sham company.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a dress in 2 different sizes took over 3 weeks to get delivered then a further 4 weeks to try and get a return/refund. Was assured the refund was processed on 8th April still waiting 21st and no response

Shocking company stay well away.i did receive products but too late.i did manage to get a return address but the dresses now sitting at Birmingham post office.They have now blocked me from emailing.ive also been on to citizens advice.Has anyone actually had money back?STAY WELL AWAY!!

The cream blazer that I ordered was of very poor quality material and the pressing of the item was incorrect and badly done. Certainly not worth the £40 paid. I will be returning the item.

Shocking product, shocking customer service. Came from China took ages to recieve, when I did finally recieve hoodie is bad quality and tiny. Trying to get a refund but unable to get a return address. The company have responded once to say they would like to offer a partial refund, said no within minutes of the email and not heard back since. Wish I'd of read the reviews before I ordered. Stay away!!!!

Ordered a sage green ribbed crew neck top for layering. Took a few weeks to arrive. The colour was better than the photo as it was more on the turquoise side. Not sure about the quality of the fabric. Very thin. Not worn it yet but wonder whether it is "sweat proof" as it feels more polyester. Think it is expensive for what you get. Can get a similiar from the high street shops. No label on the top so that made me suspicious. Not sure whether I will order again from this company.

Order item nearly 3 weeks ago received email 2 days later saying being packed and delivery in 3-7 days nothing - emailed 3 times now and no response £80 they have from me - disgusting PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE obviously a fraudulent company take your money and no way of getting it back -BEWARE

It was my first and certainly the last time that I ordered anything from this site. The delivery took forever and the items had nothing to do with the ones I’d ordered. At the moment , I am still waiting for customer service to explain the “next steps” in order to send the items back and get my refund, after they’d asked for pictures of the items, which I sent immediately. Truly awful experience! Avoid by any means!

Ordered a jumpsuit. Took a long while to be delivered (from China). Looks absolutely nothing like the website pic. It’s cheap and nasty. Don’t waste your time and money. In the process of getting a refund.

I put my order in 02/03/2026 had no contact until 10th they said they were updating there site delivery turned up 18/03/2026 doesn’t look like anything it shows in picture looks cheap and nasty supposed to be xxl and it’s small now there fobbing me off with no reply so I put it straight in bin I will not use again 🤬

As previously reviewed I had my suspicions about this company with no customer service.
Item did arrive from china, no label on, no washing care instructions . No way of returning or getting hold of customer service . Item looks ok but I do not like the fact I have no legal rights here ? Be careful . I don’t feel I can give some one a present with no label on looks a bit naff !!!!
