No reponse from the company as my product is not delivered since more than a month. No one replies or mail, calls or instagram.

I HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM ON 17 JAN 2026 BUT NO UPDATE ON DELIVERY . ITS A FRAUD RUN BY THEM IN NAME OF INDIAN ARMY . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE .ALL NUMBERS ARE FAKE

I ordered on 16 th december and its been almost 20 days and i have not received my order dont buy from them there customer service is zero

The fact that their contact number is inactive and hence we can’t follow up on delayed orders indicates they are not here to do ethical business but scam customers. They are unresponsive in email as well. There has been a surge in non fulfilment of customer orders which they blatantly put on indigo cargo delays. And since then have gone completely AWOL. Interestingly, they are highly active in social media releasing new collections and are deleting customer feedback comments instantly. This is a shame since they are using armed forces merchandise and yet, have no honor.

Pl don't buy anything in the website... This is a total scammer....My orders hasn't been delivered...Lost around 6k....No helpline...no response from the Numbers given in the website.... Don't fall for the prey

Deployed, earlier called Aero Armour, is running a fraud / scam via their website and Instagram stores. A formal complaint has been filed with Meta for letting fraudsters/scamsters use Instagram for frauds and scams with impunity. Worse still, Meta algorithm, bars any comment that users write to protect save others from falling prey! Meta will have lot of answers to give as the matter has also reached relevant Ministry under Government of India as Meta is doing nothing to prevent frauds and scams from it's platforms.

This is presumably a fraud company as they never deliver the product ordered and paid for.
Please avoid placing any order with them.
I am planning to move Consumer Forum against these scammers.

Return policy 3rd class and delivery time very late.

I would definitely drag them to court. Not every customer is same. Their pathetic customer care, zero response on mails. No track of the order. They will regret soon.

Best quality tshirts , very thoughtful designs, ull just need to work on delivery timelines.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Aero Armour. This company operates with blatant dishonesty and zero regard for customer trust. They promise high-quality products and reliable service, but deliver nothing but frustration and financial loss.

• False Claims: What they advertise is completely misleading. The product I received was nowhere near the specifications they claimed.
• No Support: Their customer service is non-existent. Emails go unanswered, calls are ignored, and complaints are brushed off.
• Money Lost: I paid in good faith, but what I got was a cheap, defective item—and they refused to refund or even acknowledge the issue.
• Unprofessional Conduct: The team is evasive and rude. Once they have your money, they vanish.

This company is a scam in every sense. I urge others to stay far away from Aero Armour unless you want to waste your time, money, and peace of mind. I’m taking further steps to report them to consumer protection authorities.

Third class quality and worst customer support ever. Company itself is a big fraud. No one should ever buy any of their product

It's an unprofessional company that promises to sell army inspired clothing and accessories. I ordered 3 tshirts 15 days ago and still they are in production.

After many failed attempts in reaching out to them over email, I tried to connect over a call, waited for 10 mins, disconnected, and then tried again and have asked them to cancel.

I'm unsure if they'll refund that on time.

Very disappointed by the brand.

It takes more than a month to deliver a item and there is no cancel option. No customer support we don't know the product is send or not or the order is accepted or not. Worst experience ever and the delivery is also weird. It travels all around the world before coming to us. If it gets delivered.

I HAVE ORDERED ON APP ON 20JULY2025, TILL NOW IT HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED AND TODAY DATE IS 2AUGUST2025 AND I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM MANY TIMES SOME TIMES THEY DIDNT RESPOND SOME TIMES THEY DID AND THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY WHEN I ORDERED IT SHOWED ME 10 DAYS SO I ORDERED NOW WHEN I CALL THEM THEY SAID IT HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED IT TAKES 4-5 MORE DAYS TO DELIVER AND WHEN I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL AND REFUND THEY SAID IT ALSO TAKES 4-5 DAYS TO INITIATE REFUND

I received 3 t -shirts...i find stitching is not good..and after one wash fitting is also not like before... very disappointed.... with the product...

Scam company. High court ordered against them as well on infringement issues. Pathetic service and terrible customer handling. Refund amount is also deducted for products that never reach you.
