Very poor quality. Horrible material. Refused return and refund.

DON'T USE THIS CRAP OUTFIT, IT MIGHT APPEAR EUROPEAN BUT THIS WEBSITE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A FRONT FOR A CHEAP CHINESE WEBSITE
I gave them one star because there was no option for no stars and, quite frankly, I would actually rate them minus five stars. This is another of those websites that is simply a front for one of the cheap, crap Chinese sites. I ordered a hoody and waited for about 4 weeks. What arrived was nothing like the picture of the item I ordered, it wasn't even the same colour. As for the quality, If I was relying on this for warmth in cold weather, I would freeze to death. It is paper thin and appalling material.

DO NOT BUY!!! items are very cheap quality, not as described and can not be returned. You will not get your money back. I am now going through a credit card dispute process. I would give it 0 stars if I could. This website is a scam

Unfortunately another victim of their scam. High prices for terrible quality and nothing like on pictures. Takes ages to arrive. Not replying to the emails for refund.

A complete scam. Order arrived after weeks of waiting. Paid over 50 pound for the dress. When it arrived was terrible quality and nothing like the picture. Eventually told I could return for a refund. Over a month has passsed and still waiting. Now not responding to emails. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Just terrible. Avoid at all costs!! Proof of return was asked for and sent. Now just not replying!! I will not let this drop.

Terrible service. Was told I couldn’t return a dress because it didn’t suit me. The only way they’d accept it is if it had been the wrong size. Though no mention of this on website. Avoid at all costs. These are con artists.

I ordered a handbag advertised by this company as “genuine leather”. It arrived after a month waiting. ( they say delivery between 4-7 working days).
If the bag is leather then I’m Worzel Gummage. You couldn’t get a more plastic bag if you tried - the smell of chemical is so strong on it.
The company misrepresented the item I bought. It certainly is NOT “genuine leather”. Sadly, after looking at all the reviews stating how bad the customer service is I’m not even going to bother contacting them. I’ve learnt this lesson the hard way.

The dress I received bore little resemblance to the photographs and description on the website. The product was significantly misrepresented and did not meet the expectations created by the advertising. When I requested a refund, it was refused despite the company's claims of easy returns. Extremely disappointing customer service and a very frustrating experience. I have been scammed!

Totally awful experience, despite what their website says, they do not accept returns. Awful material, slow deliveries. And a total scam.

Obstructive returns. Asked to take photos of the items and measure them so they can work out the “appropriate outcome” for my return request. Fabric was awful and badly made. Avoid avoid avoid.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering! Website seems genuine but service is terrible.

I purchased a dress back in March
It took weeks to arrive after enquiring where it was ,’,quality was questionable & size was too big
I returned the dress after checking I had correct details & despite numerous emails & proof of postage
The after sales team are now ghosting me 🤷‍♀️

I placed the order on 14/5 and on 17/5 received an email saying "shipping soon". Then on 20/5 I wrote an email to cancel the order as it was unlikely that it is going to arrive before 24/5. The email was accepted and was told the money will be refunded on my card.

The next email I get is that the goods have already been shipped so cannot cancel the order!

I received my order on Sunday 24/5. I opened the top cover of the package and did not even need to take the handbag out of the plastic cover. I saw the zip was broken.
In my very busy day in the office today I have had an exchange of emails with the customer service since morning.
I sent a photo of the handbag with the state of the zip with an email saying I wanted to return the item.
I have had email after email asking me to open the package and send them a video of the zip.
I am not buying a handbag for the first time for their audacity to say that because it is new you just need open and close the zip a few times and it will be ok!!!

My answer to them is I am not going to get the bag out of the plastic cover and take a video for you. I am a customer here and according to your returns policy the item should be accepted without any further issues.

They are refusing to give me the address where to send the package to.

If anyone has sent their items back then I would appreciate if you can share the address and the procedure.

It is very frustrating to get such a poor service.

Up to now I have written 16 emails or more! They wanted me to send a video of the faulty zip and then when I send the email another email comes in less than 5 minutes that they cant open the file. Video is a large file and with my work security I can only send via Egress. Ofcourse the dud company has no IT systems to download the file......

Can someone let me know if they have sent the package back to the London address without them giving you the returns label. I plan to send my item to the London address if they don't resolve the issue today.

My advice DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

Further on they have blocked my email so now the email just bounces back.

I am sure they would wait for the 30 days to pass by and then say you are out of time for a refund.

Have to be very careful. Better to check out the supplier on Copilot before purchasing anything online.

Wrong item sent - so dress returned by recorded delivery- the company seem desperate for you to keep items and keep offering discount -I didn’t want the dress but weeks later despite proof of recorded delivery no refund and no reply to emails

Avoid this company. Item took weeks to arrive. Didn’t realise it would be coming from China. Poor quality. Strange sizing. Medium was way too small. All identifying labels and care labels had been cut off - very suspicious. Pretty much a scam.

Still waiting on returns label a week later reluctant to give a refund dress is not sewn properly sent photos , said as a goodwill gesture choose something else .
No I want my money back then sent an email today say use small scissors to snip bits of cotton off No give me my money back do not use this company disgusting after service.

Do not order from this company.If I could give minus stars for them I would. They are good at taking your money, but if you want to return something, well, it looks like the company doesn't exist. After literally dozens of emails requesting returns details (which I answered several times) all but 2 of them came back to me as undeliverable, and many asking the same questions. So, despairing, I sent my item back to the address on the website and it has been returned to me today as a refusal to accept delivery from the company. This is all a scam, DO NOT USE THEM.

I wouldn’t order from this company, Customer service is terrible, Ordered a dress what i received was nothing a like picture showed a corset top and my item did not have this, the colour from the top to bottom of the dress was not the same, Quality of the dress is appalling. I have emailed 3 times for return and refund details and have not heard anything back! Avoid this business!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give no stars I would. Awful, cheap quality tracksuit despite it costing £75. Returned it as per their instructions from a person named ‘Rachel’ in customer services. Was told a full refund would be issued & despite them receiving my return, no refund had been issued and they have ghosted me completely. Will not return my emails. Just dreadful. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

A terrible company.

They are very poor quality so I want to return them.
When I enquired about this, they said I needed to photograph the defect. I’ve explained there isn’t a defect and they’ve suggested I can’t have a refund if there is no photo of a defect.
They are now ignoring my emails.
Disgusting policy and completely criminal.
