The goods arrived and were faulty due to poor quality finishing. As there are no ark clothing stores nearby the goods were returned via royal mail at a cost circa £4. I then had to reorder the goods... Zobacz więcej

I ordered some tops off ark on the 10th January and it's not the 24th and I haven't even had a email for confirmation to no when my clothes will be in store

I can confirm that your order is in store and is ready for collection. When you choose to collect an order in store the delivery time will vary from store to store but it will usually be within 3 to 5 working days.
I am sorry to hear you did not receive correspondence from us to advise your order was ready to collect.
When an order is received at the store and scanned in an automatic text and/or email is generated to the customer. Unfortunately this did not happen on this occasion.
Please bring the following items with you in order to collect your order:
1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your confirmation email or your sales receipt, or text message.
2. Your payment card – for your protection against fraud, we cannot release your order without seeing your payment card or a form of photo ID (passport of driving licence only).
3. If someone else is collecting the goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase, as well as their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence only).
We would love to see you as a returning customer and hope this incident does not prevent you from purchasing with us in the future.

After placing the order I have checked the reviews from others and found out they always cancel orders without saying anything.
I was hoping not to get this problem.
Ordered 2 items, refunded one because it is sold out. COME ON. Why do you even put it on the website if it is out of stock?
It made me even sad now because I thought I found a good deal but actually it never happened.
Never expect anything from this website. So sad that I have to find another jacket.
Really disappointed.
Note that I am a frequent online shopper and this is my first time to buy items in this website

Disappointed
I ordered 7 items, one of which I did not receive as it was out of stock. 4 of the items I received did not look like they did on the website and were too large, I ordered XS (on the size guide that was the equivalent to 6-8, I'm usually an 8) and out of the 2 items I am going to keep, one of them has a terrible odour, so I'm going to have to wash it thoroughly before I am able to wear it. Overall, I felt that I received an inadequate experience whilst shopping at Ark Clothing.

Sizes
The sizes which you have are too small for what they are. I ordered an 8 which was more like a size 6 and when I ordered a 10 I just thought you'd put a 10 label in it but it was actually an 8. I was not impressed at all with the sizes.
