The goods arrived and were faulty due to poor quality finishing. As there are no ark clothing stores nearby the goods were returned via royal mail at a cost circa £4. I then had to reorder the goods... Zobacz więcej

Clerical errors an non professional business
so informed the website of an error regarding an image of a motherboard DDR4 they confirmed to me, the item in stock was the item i wanted DDR5, i made purchase and they canceled my order £300 and sent me another link for a payment of £1600. Requested refund very unprofessional they don’t know what items they have and the staff are incompetent and no one picks up the phone at this business establishment. would not recommend!!!

ARK Drops is scam!!
ARK Drops is scam!!! It does not give any energy, it just freshens the breath, the same as Mentos. I paid 68 euros for a plain liquid Mentos .brazen scam !!!!!

As with others - they've sent the wrong item!!
Not a great experience. £885 of flooring purchased. They have delivered a different brand and colour.
They were quick to pick up initial fault, however they stated "its the same product just different packaging"
However The item they delivered is advertised separately on their website - so how can it be the same? Plus it's £150 cheaper for the same quantity.
I've pointed out these facts... now to be fair they have collected & refunded. So at least mistake resolved. However now back at the start of the process of needing to buy the item I tried to get originally....

Wrong item
I received the wrong item, a pair of shorts rather than a jumper. My jumper will not be sent until I return the shorts, which I have not yet had chance to do. Very busy Mummy working 4 days a week, therefore no jumped as yet. Boo
