The goods arrived and were faulty due to poor quality finishing. As there are no ark clothing stores nearby the goods were returned via royal mail at a cost circa £4. I then had to reorder the goods... Zobacz więcej

It was alright

Good timing, kept me informed about what stage my delivery was at, but when I received my items l, one was inside out 😂

jewellery in tact would have been nice

The rest of my order was fine but the jewellery I ordered came missing a charm and with a broken clasp. Bit of a shame really.

Fantastic service, both online and instore.

Straight forward online service, received the order to store well within the 3-5 day window. Staff instore were brilliant, told me about the difference I might encounter if I need to return my order after paying using PayPal. Would recommend to anyone. Shame the Hanley store is closing.

good price/quality but always troubles to order

I really liked what I got but it was always a challenge to get it. Either in the meanwhile (after placing the order) things were out of stock or some discount code didn't work or something was a problem with during the shipment... but all in all I would recommend ark!

"Try finding an Ark store"

Returned policy sucks. I ordered click and collect. Picked a bag up from my closest JD Sports. The product looked nothing like it did online. I couldn't return it to JD, despite being the same company. I was told that I couldn't return it there and had to find an Ark shop. In response to my question on the closest store "Ermm I dunno, Google it".
