It’s very stressful dealing with uncooperative and difficult tenants. The legal advisors have been great. However in particular Derya Saridas had been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and methodical in her approach in helping me. I am so grateful for her expertise, professionalism, empathy and advice provided.

They say they didn’t receive email from solicitor, causing delays in dealing with claim.
Sends one email saying yes to claims, then 3-4hrs later sends another email saying no to claim. Then when questioned which is true, answer was they didn’t know.
Only use solicitors down south miles away from anyone, so as a disabled person in Yorkshire will never have a face to face with solicitor. After looking up reviews of solicitors ARAG use, most are 1 or 2 star reviews and reading between the lines. ARAG use cheapest solicitors possible so don’t expect much.

What a great telephone advice call from I think Elvira, speaking to solicitors about something is always a nerve wracking thing to do because it’s always serious but I was immediately put at ease and given accurate information about something they may not have dealt with previously.

Poor legal knowledge and staff, although very friendly they are para lawyers [basic legal experience] you get bounced around from one person to another. Very long in getting back even when a time is promised. Puts you at a major disadvantage when dealing with the other side’s experienced solicitor. The law in this country is no longer justice but who is the best solicitor, Be very careful in how you use this ‘free’ service it will cost you dear.

I spoke with Elvira with regards to a difficult employment matter and she was very patient, knowledgeable, professional
and helpful throughout. I gathered very useful information to help me make better informed decisions about my situation. Im very grateful for the time she spared talking to me.

We’ve had a shocking experience with ARAG’s legal support service under our all-expenses insurance policy. Despite the matter being both time-sensitive and serious - involving a Tribunal and a civil case brought by a disgruntled ex-employee - we waited 10 full days for any kind of legal response. TWICE!!!

Not even a basic acknowledgement in the interim. No updates. Just silence.

In situations like this, response time matters. The delay wasn’t just frustrating - it risked compromising our legal position. This is, without a doubt, the worst legal service I’ve encountered, and it completely undermines the value of the policy.

If only I could give 0 stars.

This company offers such a valuable service giving us the legal advice we needed & peace of mind knowing exactly where we stand legally & how to proceed further.
