Although I would recommend this company .Had three engineers come out to service my dishwasher the fist one was absolutely rubbish the second and third were excellent. Had to wait a week for each engineer to come out and another week waiting for parts. I think they should prioritise old people with sever health issues and not have them wait so long.

Staff at Appliance Serve handled the problem professionally with courtesy and efficiency

I've been with Appliance Serve for many years. I don't have many occasions when I have to call them out, but each time I do, they are easy to contact and quick to get on the job. In the past they have been unable to repair a product, so I am given the value to replace the product. They have recently updated their terms and now, there is no limit to how much they will pay out, in a 12month period, no cap, which is great! If you have a new product that is under warranty, they will insure the things that the warranty does not cover, for very little charge.
This evening, my integrated fridge/freezer was found to be not working. I rang Appliance Serve immediately and spoke with Alex, who was very kind and courteous and after a few questions, she explained that my case would be passed to the repair people, who would text me with a time they can come tomorrow. Brilliant! I'd recommend them highly. Thank you Appliance Serve.

You sent me a text to say my repair had been completed. Wrong he came went through everything I did. informed you what the problem was
He said he was going to order the part not that the repair was done.

Dean was a pleasure to talk with today and answered all the questions we had to finalise our decision on choosing the right appliance for us.
Dean was very informative and understanding , while still being polite and a joy to talk with . He knows his job well and talks with respect , even if you ask questions that may seem stupid.

He came in diagnosed the problem he had the part with him and fixed it. Very efficient

I have been with Appliance serve for 10 years and have always received a quick, professional and friendly service. Bee, my contact today was very pleasant, she asked lots of relevant questions and was extremely helpful when I was unsure of where to find the information, and has confirmed everything via text. Hopefully the engineering department will be in contact soon to book a visit. They are normally very quick.
Definitely recommend Appliance serve.

Fault reported on our 13yr old cooker and repaired within the week. Pleasant,efficient engineer. Job completed without fuss. Great service.

Dave H arrived at the pre arranged time and asked us for the symptoms of the fault, before carrying out an investigation. He confirmed the problem and replaced the failed part before reassembling the oven, testing it and making sure we were satisfied before tidying up and leaving. All in about 45 minutes. Top marks for being friendly and professional.

Quick response to my problem, continued to keep in contact with repairer and kept me informed of all updates.
