I called this company because my washing machine was making a loud clicking sound during the wash cycle. I suspected something like a screw or coin might be stuck in the drum.

To their credit, they responded promptly and sent a technician out quickly. However, I was very disappointed with the service and the final cost.

When the technician moved the washing machine, a screw was found on the floor, and the clicking sound stopped. At that point, I felt the issue had been resolved. The technician then spent approximately two additional hours running cycles, watching the drum spin, removing and reinstalling the belt, and tightening screws.

I had been told the service call was $89 and that it would be deducted from the cost of parts and labor. I was ultimately asked to pay over $200. After expressing my concern that the charge seemed excessive for the work performed, I paid $195.

I understand that technicians need to be compensated for their time, but I do not feel the amount charged was reasonable given that the sound stopped immediately after the machine was moved and no parts were replaced. I also felt uncomfortable with the technician’s reaction when I questioned the bill.

I appreciate the prompt response, but I left this experience feeling taken advantage of. I would encourage the company to be more transparent about how service charges are calculated and to consider whether additional diagnostic time is necessary once an issue has been resolved.

My experience was disappointing, and I would not use this company again.

Three days in a row of waiting for a repairmen to show up. I had to call to an AI voice that told me the window for him to come will be on another day. On the fourth day he finally showed up. He replaced the part and the issue in a Bosch dishwasher E-13 error. I asked him if he ran a cycle to make sure. He said he did and left. I ran a cycle and got an E-15 error. Called him back and said he fixed it. He left and the error came back on again. I told him I was done with you people and called Apple support to get my money back. During this whole time we had family visiting which I couldn’t attend too. The dishwasher is still not working till another repair company hopefully fixes the problem.

My freezer on my subzero went down. The repairman that came out told me I needed to replace my compressor and that it would cost $2,700. My appliance store referred me to a local company that diagnosed it as a thermostat malfunction which shut down the compressor. Once replaced for a total bill of $507, the compressor came back on.

Please don't book with these people. They wrongfully charged me an extra $30 for parking, and when I questioned this charge (parking should have only been $3), they were unable to provide me proof of payment and did not reimburse me. They also quoted me $600 for a repair that another company was able to fix for $150. Shady company.

Run don't walk away from Appliance Repair Now. Not only do they not know how to repair my refrigerator they did not have the right tools to work on the refrigerator. As they worked on the refrigerator, they broke 2 plastic parts which caused a flood. They then wanted $650 to replace the parts they broke.

I think this is a a scam. Charged for diagnosis and said I needed a new timer that I was charged for. Gave me his phone number and no answer. Has not been back. He finally came back and fixed my washer. No scam and did a fine job. Web site changes phone numbers every day. I question that.

After a bad experience to fix an appliance, I did some research and found reviews about the contractor who called me back.
it looks like it is always the same company that calls back, with a purpose to charge $99 for a diagnostic and then is unable to do the repair! Do not trust this platform nor any other of the same kind.
