This is the first time I have you Bridging Finance, I was put in touch with them by my Mortgage Brookers as my latest property purchase was not fitting with the conventional purchase method. I had a zoom call to start with, which was not as frightening as I had made it out to be in my mind, it was more who are you, what are you trying to achieve and how can we help you. My case Handler( Underwriter) was a lady called Catherine Pietersen and I can not thank her and the rest of the staff at Apex enough. She constantly kept me up to date on the progress via telephone and e mail. Twice when i thought my purchase had hit a brick wall and would not complete, like a guiding star she was able to find answers and ways to get my purchase over the line. I have been so amazed start to finish with the service provided by Catherine on a bridging loan application we have completed on today.
