We had a rushed completion due to the extra SDLT being thrown at us from Rachel Reeves in the budget, and then with 3 hours to complete before the very next day the deal cost us an extra £16000, I’m very happy to have had this lender on board who pulled out all the stops a day early and got the deal though just in time. Sarah Barker has been very responsive and helpful in getting my purchase over the line. I am using Bridge finance with Apex, to carry out renovation work on a residential property.

Sarah and the team were fantastic throughout, which enabled us to complete on an auction purchase a week before the required deadline. They also offer lending based on FMV rather than the purchase price which was vital in my clients securing the property.
