Ordered a pergola
Ordered a pergola. The courier was less than helpful and seemed to be having communication problems and I reached out to the team at anyday direct. They took full ownership of my problem, responded within minutes, loaded with the courier and resolved the problems. Good customer service matters the most to me and Anyday Direct knocked it out the park. The pergola is up now ( ha- that was fun, said no one ever) and it looks amazing. I’m delighted.

It doesn’t fit together
It doesn’t fit together. We got as far as about to put stabilising bars on and the screw hole was about 10mm off so I want to send it back but having trouble to do this

All we ask is proof of damage or faulty, which is not unreasonable and in line with our returns policy which clearly states....We have no issue with returns. If a faulty or damaged item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, you will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping. For damaged products, please send us a video and pictures as this helps us resolve the issue quickly and asses who is responsible for the return costs. Sad that we are made out to be holding this return up from being resolved. Please send the pictures as requested to our customer services team.

Some of the panels was damaged and bent when it was delivered home but.took that long to out up i couldn't take it back down. The gloves are rubbish the metal panels ripped them and I even cut my hands even with the gloves

After a few mishaps the company have been unbelievable in resolving my issues. All issues have been out of their control, external courier services have let them down and this is no reflect on the company excellent service. Customer service is 100% and would recommend buying from them. Alex

Not a happy customer
Placed my order Sat 7th June. I appreciate 3/5 days delivery excludes weekend but it is now 15th June and according to your website it hasn't even been dispatched yet.
Also no communication regarding the delay.
Feeling this is poor service and beginning to think it's a scam.

Still waiting for my order which was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days. It's now 12 days later. I have emailed to request confirmation or the status of my order, but have not received a response. I haven't received any communication to inform me that my order is delayed. We apologize sincerely for the delay in your order. It will be delivered to you this week. Unfortunately, a significant number of orders were misrouted by the courier, but they assured us that this issue will be resolved promptly. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as the courier scans your item into the correct depot. The tracking link will enable you to adjust the delivery to better suit your schedule.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and have updated our procedures to resend misrouted orders instead of waiting for the courier to redirect them.
Avoid if possible
My item took over two weeks to arrive, poor communication when emailed and then when depatched the courier failed to deliver on two occasions, one of them me having to use annual leave. Terrible service.
