Our systems work on the basis of email triggers in the order process including a notification email and delivery tracking link when the couriers have scanned the order, especially so on larger items that may need specialist delivery. Thank you for highlighting the issue when the courier system fails to trigger this scan and note that we have amended our processes to avoid this in future. Despite the delay caused by the courier, we trust that you are satisfied with your BBQ.

Disappointing service
I ordered a BBQ on the 18th of April, and it’s now been 18 days with no delivery. The listing said 3–10 days, so it’s well overdue. Communication hasnt been great — it’s been really difficult to get hold of anyone for an update, and I haven’t been given a clear delivery date or any confirmation that it’s even out for delivery. Disappointed with the lack of transparency and support.

We shared in our emails with you, tracking details of your BBQ which is being delivered using a specialist 2 man service. Our listing states delivery within 3–10 working days, and I apologise that your order has just exceeded this timeframe. Unfortunately, with specialist deliveries, delays can sometimes occur beyond our control.

The order wasn’t sent initially
The order wasn’t sent initially. After a week I had to phone them up to ask for an update. Upon ordering it was a 3-5 day delivery.
Then another 5 days later I finally received it but still without any tracking info supplied.

This is within the 3-5 working day estimated service time provided at time of order. If the last mile partner failed to deliver on this day, then we sincerely apologise and appreciate your review as this helps us to resolve issues like this in chosing delivery partners.

Anydaydirect deserve huge amounts of credit for there customer service . Exceptionally responsive with a direct positive attitude. I had a small issue with a product but surprisingly so it was dealt in a swift and professional manner ,in fact I would go as far as to say I have never recived such Exceptional customer service. Should any potential.customers have misgivings about dealing with an online entity. Rest assured these people ( for me anyway) will go out there way to accomadate any issues
