Top-Notch Stand & Service – Even Evri Couldn’t Spoil It!
I recently ordered a printer stand from Anydaydirect Limited at an incredibly reasonable price compared to other retailers, including Amazon. There was a slight hiccup when my order was mistakenly delivered to an address 4 miles away (not Anydaydirect’s fault – more down to the “high-quality” service we’ve come to expect from Evri).
A replacement was sent out promptly and arrived quickly. The stand itself was very easy to assemble and is of excellent quality. I’m really happy with my purchase.

Paid for 8x6ft shed as advertised on out sunny site as displayed on there, after fitting it all together it was not 8x6ft it was7 feet 3 inches, do not buy from, them you won't get what you paid
Paid for 8x6ft shed as advertised on there site, when put together, 7feet 3 inches by 6 feet, told them, was told look at small print, do not buy from them, the metal is as thin as a tin of beans, trading standards should look at this site.

The shed you received is the Outsunny 6x8ft Galvanised Steel Shed – Brown Wood-Effect, which is sold by multiple resellers and features the same dimensions across all listings. The dimensions given by the manufacturer are used by all resellers always include the roof overhang, which is why the internal measurements can be smaller than the nominal size. Poor service
Terrible bought a bathroom cupboard as I thought already made, but I have to assemble myself . A bag of screw missing. Sent email which was never replied to. Phoned up giving all necessary details / cut off. Tried another email the replied to saying get in tough with seller. Now they have the audacity to ask for stars. Inefficient and will never buy from them again.

It appears that your delivery was 7 days late not 3 weeks, and having checked with couriers, they have advised that as this wasa 2 man delivery service , they had rouring issues which they did not advise us of and held the item in their depot for 7 days. We sincerely apologise on their behalf for this delay. For anyone esle reading this review, no online seller has influence over the couriers service levels once parcel has left our warehouse and communcating with any courier is as difficult for us as sellers as it is for any customer. Unfortunately that is the state of the courier service these days depsite what anyone thinks.

No problems at all
I read the reviews of customers having trouble with their order being delayed or incorrect, however I have had the complete opposite experience. I received my item within the time stated on the website and the communications were always responded to quickly. The item arrived in perfect condition and all round i was very impressed. I may have been lucky but i had no issues.

The delivery company delivered some…
The delivery company delivered some other address so returned it then had to be sent out again. When I put it together there was a screw missing. Fortunately I managed to find one.

If I could give -10, I would do that in a heartbeat.
They've sent a bend all over metal shed.
I ve told them, they did not want it back.
I asked for a refund . They said they will do it.
Here I am a month later, still waiting for my over 200 pounds refund, and they keep on saying they've sent it but my bank refuses to put it in my account????:)))))))) pathetic. Now their last answer is :wait MORE like 10 WORKING DAYS!!!!!
We both know they will never ever refund anything!!! Ashame I can not post pictures of the state of the product they've sent. NEVER, I beg you save your hard worked money, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

To clarify: your refund was processed from our side within the promised timeframe. Once we issue a refund, the time it takes for the funds to reach your account is determined by your payment provider or bank — we have no control over that part of the process. We recommend following up directly with them, as they may be able to assist further.
As for the shed, we offered disposal as a practical option — which is standard practice across many retailers for large or damaged goods — but also gave the option for collection if you preferred. We're sorry if that wasn’t clear or if it added to your frustration.
While we're human and not perfect, we genuinely do not send out damaged products intentionally. Most items are sealed directly by the manufacturer, and we work closely with suppliers to improve packaging and reduce issues like this.
We understand that you're upset, but we ask that reviews reflect the full picture — especially when the situation involves factors outside of our control. We're always here to help within what is possible on our side.

3-5 days delivery!!! In your dreams
When you buy from a retailer such as anyday direct you know they are merely a middle man. So the only differences between them and countless others are:
Price, delivery and communication.
I ordered an awning on 21st July with a delivery time of 3-5 days. They price was very good! I was expected to download a 3rd party app that wanted access to my Outlook ( not just my email) to gain tracking- no thanks!
After 4 days and no contact I emailed them to see if their was an update.
I received no reply.
On Monday (7 days after order) I emailed yet again.
I had a reply that said it was being sent out to the courier that day (funny,that!) and that they would send me tracking details and I should expect it Wednesday.
Today is Wednesday and the tracking from the courier shows it as "being prepared for delivery" So it wont be today.
So 3-5 days!!! Mmm Try doubling that!
Still wating for the courier to get back to be after they twice closed their chat due to inactivity. By that they mean me waiting for them to respond!

Thank you for your review, we understand your frustration when delivery times may exceed the estimate provided with the order and do apologise for any inconvenience, but generally there is a reason and if we are provided with that reason, we do immediately advise our customers. In your case the estimated delivery was 3-5 working days and yes we are 2 days late. Your order was collected on working day 5 or 28th July and delivered on working day 7 or 30th July. This was due to backlog in the warehosue for 2 man delivery orders and a misunderstanding by the person dealing with this. Mistakes do happen, but we are glad to see your order is delivered.

Terrible experience. No communication followed after I ordered a 3-5 working day delivery item on a Sunday in readiness to expect it at the latest on the following Friday.
Just an email acknowledgement on order/payment.
I called them on the Wednesday and it still sat in the warehouse. In short was given lots of excuses and nonsense about preparation time and delivery company overload. I think a case of trying to insult my intelligence. I ordered a generic item already in a box probably from china and ready to be shipped. No prep needed. Compromised why we purchased it and intended use.
Still hasn’t received it 7 days after order. Would never use them again. Probably the worse online ordering experience ever. Buyers beware

We understand that you may have had specific timing requirements for this item. However, if delivery by a certain date was essential, we would always recommend contacting us before placing the order to confirm availability and explore express options. We cannot be held responsible for assumptions made beyond the stated delivery estimate.

Try them, I would again but check your product
I gave only 3 stars because the product that arrived was damaged on every piece and the box absolutely stank of aftershave.
However, their customer service was brilliant, fast and fair.
I would recommend trying them and I would again but in all fairness I would really advise that you unpack and check all the product as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem, they do act fast and were fair on this occasion.

Couldn't have been better!
The price was as good as I could find. I emailed to ask about delivery and they responded within 10 minutes! Tracking was supplied and the driver rang half an hour before delivery. Couldn't have been any better. Will certainly use again.

Good quality product.
Delivery was late as delivered in 2 parts on different days. Inconvenient and annoying as my handyman came to put together as I hadn’t realised it was an incomplete order. Had to pay him anyway. Steven was helpful in tracking down missing package and it arrived as promised later in the week. Pleased with product. Good quality and looks lovely. It took two adult men all day to put together though. But worth it. Delivery company ‘0’ stars.
