Delivery was late and half the pieces…
Delivery was late and half the pieces were mouldy so had to send back. took another month to get mouldy bits picked up and swapped over. I had emptied and dismantled old shed in preperation of new shed arrival but obviously couldn't build it so all my things left outside unprotected. Then, 1 of the panels delievered was the wrong one so gave up on waitng for that to be replaced as didn't want to wait another month again. Cleaned it up as best i could and used 1 of the mouldy panels. Have asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience but those emails have been ignored. Would rate experience less than 1 star if that was an option.

Regarding your concern about “mouldy” panels, the timber used is pressure treated, which can sometimes leave green or dark patches. This is a natural residue of the treatment process and is not harmful. Over time, it will fade with exposure to weather. If you believe there is genuine mould growth, we would be happy to review photos and advise further.
We also note the incorrect panel issue. We can arrange for the correct panel to be sent, with a typical dispatch time of up to 7 working days.
We understand that the delays caused frustration, and we sincerely regret this. While our policy does not allow compensation when a replacement panel is provided, we hope sending the correct part promptly will help resolve the situation.

Slow delivery, dishonest staff
If you are working to a time schedule I would not recommend this company.
Ive wasted hours of my life chasing my orders so won't elaborate but had a terrible experience with this company including the company telling several lies proven by delivery company.
The only saving grace is the products are as described when they eventually arrived

We strive to provide excellent service for every order for the hundreds of parcels we deal with daily, and we understand how frustrating it can be when delivery doesn't go as planned, especially when working to a tight schedule.
We want to clarify that we did provide tracking information and worked with DX 2-man courier delivery service to resolve your issue. Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we're at the mercy of the courier for any delays or issues. We do everything we can on our end to resolve these situations, but we understand this doesn’t make up for the inconvenience caused. Getting information quickly from any courier is extremely difficuly and whilst we try and do our best to meet expectations, unfortunately the couriers don't have the same sense of urgency.
We're glad the products met your expectations once they arrived, but we sincerely apologize for the stress the delivery process caused. We’re continually looking into ways to improve our service and will take your feedback into consideration as we work with our courier partners to ensure smoother deliveries in the future.
Excellent Customer Service
The original Gazebo i ordered was the last one and they were good enough to contact me and state it wasn’t fit to sell, i was offered a refund or to wait until next Spring when it would be available. However i found a suitable replacement on their website this was sent and the difference refunded. Excellent communication and fantastic customer service. Absolutely how a modern retailer should behave. highly recommended.

Not as great as the picture looks…
First the information flow is not great, you don't get updates of the delivery, it says 5 days, more like 3 weeks for me, the delivery guys were very helpful and carried the items for my wife into the back garden. The instructions for the set is basic and needs to be studied, the components are made well, but some of the holes don't line up and a lot of the parts have been dropped or are damaged, nothing to stop me putting it together and the frame when completed feels sturdy. The anchor holes are not the best and at the moment it looks like the roof will not be next to the wall, as per the pictures, but I am yet to finish the roof.

Regarding delivery, we acknowledge the issues you experienced. The two-man delivery service has recently altered their route planning to be demand-based, which unfortunately has led to inconsistent delivery times. Despite our concerns raised with them, service levels have not met our expectations. We are currently reviewing alternative solutions to improve reliability.
We appreciate your detailed observations on the product itself and are glad to hear that, despite some challenges during assembly, the frame feels sturdy once put together. Your points about instructions, component quality, and alignment will be relayed to the manufacturer for review and improvement.
Unreliable and unable to give a delivery window
My shed was delivered over a week late. Customer services claimed that it was sent out to the wrong depot for delivery. Customer services said that I would get a tracking number the moment it was sent out but that didn’t happen the previous time they sent it? They were unable to respond in good time and were rather cagey when on the phone with no real answers as to when I would receive my order.

We’re very sorry to hear about the delay and the frustration this caused. After becoming aware that your order had been mistakenly routed to the wrong depot, we took immediate action by resending your shed directly, as this was the quickest way to resolve the issue rather than waiting for the courier to correct it.
Tracking details were sent once the new consignment was dispatched. However, once parcels leave our warehouse and are in the courier’s system, delivery times are managed entirely by them. For two-man deliveries, routes can occasionally take a little longer to schedule, as it is a specialised service.
We completely understand how disappointing this delay was and appreciate your patience while we worked to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery took longer than I expected - ordered Saturday 9th didn’t arrive until Wednesday 20th after I contacted to ask what was happening re delivery.
Accessories were taped/stuck under the base which is the heaviest piece and would have been helpful if instruction manual was placed at top of box as I asked delivery man to slot top into base because of weight but then had to get underneath to get accessories out
